An exciting range of activities that was worth the long drive (1.5-2hrs from BangTao) - The drive was long (in phangnga Provence) but definitely worth the trip! The ATV and white water rafting were our favourite parts of today! The white water rafting was really fun, we were laughing the whole time. There were lots of boats out at the same time but that added to the fun as everyone was splashing each other and bumping into each others boats. Definitely go in your bathers haha you will be saturated. As someone who has never rode an ATV before, this part of the tour was also really fun. Great for beginner ATV riders- not for those looking for extreme rides. The zip line was nothing special but still something to do while you waited for a delicious lunch. The monkey cave was interesting, and cute to get a chance to feed them. All around - a great tour really worth doing 😊

Great full day Fun - Definitely the 7km white water rafting, it got more exciting after the 5km The Quad bike part was great!! On both activities the staff were amazing!! Only let down was the bus pick up from the hotel!! I wasn't informed they were running an hour late!! I had to chase them up!!

Good for rafting, not the other activities - Rafting is were you should go for. We had a all in experience with zip gliding and atv, quads. Additional the monkey cave tempel which was nice to see mostly for the monkeys you can feed out of your hand. The zip gliding was more for children, very short and on their own terrain, no views. The jungle walk is 50 meters were a very small but nice waterfall is. The atv were half broken and the short ride was more for children. Rafting was good. We only got 5km and had to pay 500 each for the 7km tour. We booked at the hotel, better is to book it directly.

Fun but cut short - Rafting was fun, and my 15 year old son enjoyed the monkeys and the ATVs a lot too. Lunch was also good. Unfortunately, the waterfall and plunge pool were closed for a few weeks, so we missed out on these. We booked just two days before our excursion, so it's disappointing we weren't told at the time of booking. These waterfall activities weren't substituted or refunded, so I was left feeling a bit short changed.

Underwhelming and time waster - I unfortunately have a few negatives to share about this tour. Firstly, the vehicle you travel in jams multiple different tour members together and expects everyone to go along and wait while with other tours do their activities that weren't apart of your tour; such as we had to wait over 20 minutes at a destination for an elephant experience/ride for other groups to enjoy while we sit in the heat just wasting precious holiday time. The driver we had didn’t speak or understand english, but that wasn't a massive problem, the problem was his lack of care and duty. He just drove us around with no direction where we were going, stopping at places that weren't on our itinerary (but was on other groups itinerary travelling in the same mini van- vice versa) he didn't tell us how long we were to be at each place and we all had no idea what we were doing. For example at the monkey cave, he just stopped there with no explanation on what to do and when we needed to meet back at the van to get going to the next destination, which lead to multiple times we all just sat in the stationary van with the other groups waiting for the driver to finish his smoke and conversation with the locals at each stop. This kind of thing happened at the very start when we had to wait for people who weren’t part of our same group in the stationary van for about 30 minutes, without any instruction on what was going on from the driver. We had no idea what was happening or how much longer we'd have to wait. I had asked the driver twice through a communication app if we could be dropped off first and by 6pm as we needed to be somewhere, to which he nodded and say " don't worry, don't worry". The drivers lack of care and time wasting throughout the whole day lead to us being late and second to last being dropped off and he didn’t even drop us off at our hotel he actually made us walk from the end of the street! The activities included in the tour we chose, paid for and attended to were very underwhelming. The ATV experience was stop-start constantly with no real long proper drive around or freedom to actually ride the things on a very small track. The buggies were old and not upkept which meant a lot of them kept turning off and not starting again. The zip line is tiny and hardly worth it. The white water rafting was fun, but I would say its for amateurs and not that thrilling. The fun part about the rafting was crew members and the other tour groups/guides you meet that make it fun for everyone with their humour and splashing. The waterfall was refreshing, however it was nothing spectacular to look at. Lunch was quite nice, but it was unfair on some groups that didn't have much time to actually eat (under 10 mins) because their different activity was unorganised and ran into the lunch time. Overall I wouldn't recommend going with this tour group. It would be worth spending a little more money and getting something of quality.

Disgusted. - Honestly had a terrible experience with this tour. The staff were extremely rude. The day got worse as it went on and we had to make the most of a bad situation, when we were picked up the driver refused to let us on and was about to leave because for some reason it said the person they were picking up at our location was female called Heather, when I am male and called Joel, so they were unorganised from the get-go. We ended up resolving this situation after standing around for some time early in the morning outdoors during bad weather, we then proceeded to the location which was a 2.5 hour drive out of Phuket, we reached the location and was introduced to an English speaking tour guide who was extremely rude to us and mocked us, he told us we would be going on the zip-line, then the water rafting, then back for lunch, then the atvs, then on way home monkey cave and also the waterfall and the temple. This did not happen atall. We went on a tiny stupid zipline, absolute waste of time, then we had to wait over 40 minutes to be taken to the water rafting were we waited another 30 minutes in the rain with no shelter, rafting experience was not what we expected and it was overcrowded and terrible experience, we then came back expecting lunch which we was forcefully told no but the rest of our group was fed, bearing in mind we were picked up at 8 o’clock in the morning and it was now 6 hours later we were hungry and had not packed lunch because we trusted we would be catered for, the man forced us to go on the atvs in the rain rather than eat with the rest of the tour group, then we came back for lunch and it was terrible, moving on we were already very unhappy but looked forward to monkey cave, the waterfall, and the temple with Buddha statue laying down like shown on pictures… again this did not occur, monkey cave was empty for monkeys and we had only 15 minutes there, then the waterfall another 15 minutes meaning no swimming because it took time to walk there and back etc, then we didn’t even visit the temple. Overall id rate this trip a 1/10. - no organisation atall - disrespectful staff - long waiting around all day - terrible lunch - did not visit temple - no time at monkeys - no time at waterfall - refused to stop at 7-11 during travel

Very disappointing... - Very disappointing overall, the atv and zip line was very poor. Water rafting was good. Everything very rushed would not recommend

Very average - Avoid if you don’t want to support a company that promotes elephant rides. We looked through the tours and chose one that specifically didnt list anything to do with elephants- to our surprise our first stop was an elephant ride. We had to wait until the people that rode them finished. There were 3 or 4 different tour options and we were all on the same bus, same driver, same company. This meant we had to wait until other tours did their activities and vice versa. While it is a company’s prerogative to cater to the activities they want, the way in which they advertise leads consumers to think they are selecting ethical tours when they are not. We left from Nai Yang at 9 and got back around 6pm- our driver said about 5 sentences for the whole 9 hours we had to spend with each other. Didn’t really have our own tour guide, just people at different activities that instructed us how to complete the activities. Would have been better if the driver was actually a tour guide as we could have utilised all the driving time conversing and learning about the surroundings. Beware of glaring if you wear a bikini for the water activities- unfortunately certain groups of people made us feel uncomfortable with their unwanted gaze. The rafting was the better part of the experience, the guys that were paddling for us made it exciting and fun. Recommend doing better review checking than we did if you want to support ethical and sustainable tourism.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - Worst experience ever . We were doing circles on ATV for 25 minutes and came back . I’ve done it many times in different countries . This one is the worst . Guide always told us to be faster , cause we don’t have time . We got tired of this rush . Even to go to toilet or to smoke . Rafting is okay , but water is so dirty . Zipline 10 meters long So I would not recommend to book this kind of trip
