Escape room and prison walk - Escape room is very challenging but very good. Staff is very good at making the experience realistic and also fun. Price is very reasonable for the room and the walk around the prison. The prison walk is intresting with all the info boards. Did have a unexpected experience with walking the prison on sighting a unexplainable person dressed in black (Ghost) but a very nice fun day out

A fantastic and memorable morning! - Just brilliant! A Mother’s Day treat. Me and my 2 kids (19 and 22) escaping from prison ☺️ It was fun, challenging, memorable, then we looked around the prison afterwards. We will definitely go back to do the other escape room - they’re designed so well. 10/10

We escaped from a cell - We had a great time at Shepton Mallet Prison where eight of us were locked in two cells. After managing to escape we had a self guided tour of the prison, which was very interesting and well worth a visit.

Family fun - We went as a family - 2 adults, 13 year old and a 10 year old. It was great fun although the 10 year old was guided by us and wasn’t very interested. The whole experience was done really well. Georgina was a great prison guard.

Absolutely amazing!! Would recommend to all - Me and my friend had an absolutely amazing experience - better than we could have ever imagined! I received this as a gift through virgin experience days so unsure on the price however I would definitely recommend to any other person. We had an hour to escape the cell (which we successfully completed). The atmosphere throughout the whole time we were there was amazing - it really fitted the vibe of being in a prison and locked in a cell. We had 4 groups in total in our time slot varying from group sizes of 2 to 5. Finally, a massive shoutout to Will who was our prison officer throughout the escape room experience. He played his role very well and made sure everyone was happy at all times and offered his help/clues when required/necessary. We look forward to returning in the near future to complete the other escape room - the hole!

Fabulous fun day out - Me and my teenage children did The Cell escape room today. Our "Police" guide Will was both terrifying and funny and played his role excellently!! The escape room itself was great fun and really had us thinking. We walked around the prison after and we are already talking about returning for the other escape rooms!

Really fun and fascinating experience - We did the Cell escape room then a self-guided prison tour - our boys (13 and 10) LOVED it and found the whole place really fascinating. Plus we were really pleased to successfully escape our cell!! Georgina made a fantastically realistic (slightly scary 😆) prison guard and she made the whole experience come to life! Totally recommend this whole experience. PS us adults learned lots too and enjoyed learning where the term ‘screw’ comes from

escape room experience - We visited on valentines day to do the escape room and have a wonder around the prison. Will was a fantastic guard for the escape room and we both really enjoyed the experience, he was definitely in character the whole time without making the experience too scary. Would definitely return!!

Fun morning - Such a fun morning. The staff were very welcoming and our ‘guard’ was just amazing!! This was our first escape room so nothing to compare to but was really good (and difficult!)

Good experience - The highlight was doing the room in a cell. Would have liked less clues given by host. Not much variety within the game. Out too quick. The prison itself was really educational to tour around so the escape room plus self tour together were great. Not sure we would do either experience on their own.
