Very fun!! - We had an excellent time! We definitely recommend a visit to this place! Also, we strongly recommend the zip-bikes, even though they are an additional expense. They are well worth it!

Amazing - Wonderful experience 10/10. My son was able to relax a lot and play in the kiddie area. While my daughter and I swam for over 6hrs doing the zip lines in the water and jumping off cliffs. In addition to transportation being smooth ride and great communication from pick up time at the resort to drop off at my resort. Would 100% go back

My adventure - It was very cool. The river walk by buoy is a lot of fun as it has games along the way. Even if in a game you had to go through clutching on a rope I hurt my hand. The lighthouse slide was beautiful and has a spectacular view. Although the slide is scary, it's not going that fast. This slide is a must do in the park.

Xel-ha was fun until the slide for adults - Xel-ha was SO much fun and great value for the price. Our kids were 10,10, and 8 and could do all the activities. The lazy river was the highlight for the adults as you float down the river and the kids can jump off cliffs or zip line into the river. You can snorkel along the way as well. The current and wind towards the end make it difficult to get to shore so make sure you are good swimmers. The kiddos loved the slide but was too fast for the adults. Two adults had to be pulled up and out of the water after the slide because the drop was too steep and too fast. Kiddos didn’t have a problem they actually got stuck on the slide. They wanted to go again but needed an adult and since we all drank a to of water from the first time we refuse to go again. The float bridge, rope and cenotes were fun. All the selfies along the way were so much fun!!! They provide everything for you, towels, drinks, food, wet bags for the river, great price for what’s included. The breakfast was ok, lunch was amazing! Great authentic food. Lots of tacos to choose from. Drinks were good, water stations along to way. Lots of places to rest and have a drink. Make sure you have a water case for your phone and good water shoes. Don’t forget to bring sunscreen as you will be in and or around the water all day. We would do this excursion again!!

Great experience - Excellent park, attention, snorkeling loan, bikes, great fun. The photo service is totally worth it. The spectacular food we ate in two restaurants and super recommended, variety in food and good taste, the drinks if you could improve a little. All excellent.

Great day except the waterslide - Overall, we had a fantastic day. Having breakfast and lunch included was great. We both tubed and snorkelled the lazy river. There are three cliff jumps. The bike ride was short but nice. Zip lining into the water was fun. We got to snorkel over a stingray in the lagoon, and there are some giant fish in there. We didn't do any extra paid activities there, though I would have liked to interact with the manatees there since it's the only place I know of where it's legal to do so. The lighthouse waterslide was a bit slow and my 9-year-old son got stuck in it and said his bathing suit chafed him trying to push himself all the way down and ended up crying and didn't want to do it again. My other 9-year-old son was fine on it, but I do wish it was a bit faster. The kids were exhausted coming home, so don't plan anything fancy after the day!

Fun day but too expensive - We went to Xel-Ha in April 2025. It was nice. We had a fun day snorkeling and doing the activities that were free within the park. For a family of four it was over $700 Canadian, and I do not think it was worth that even with the included drinks and food. My kids are older and the activities they wanted to do cost extra and were not cheap. I've done other snorkeling excursions in Mexico for much less and felt I got more bang for my buck with them. We did have fun but I would not return. Transportation was good.

It was not what I expected:( - Total disappointment. It wasn't what I expected. Xel-Há Park left me feeling very disappointed. Although the place is beautiful and has potential, the overall experience did not live up to what they promise. We spent a lot of time waiting and walking, but there were few activities really included in the price. Everything interesting — like swimming with dolphins or certain water experiences — came at an additional cost. The worst part was feeling that the focus is more on selling extra activities than offering a complete experience from the start. They even seem to make people stay longer without doing anything to offer them these paid options. I would have preferred to stay at the hotel and enjoy the day better. I would not recommend it if you are looking for an all-inclusive park with lots of real activities. For me, it was a waste of time and money.
