Fun - Snorkeling, bikes, zipline and many other great activities. Beautiful scenery. We loved how easy it was to pick up snorkel gear, life vests, bikes, etc. Great customer service all around!

Beautiful and fun park - Went as a family of 5 (3 teen boys). It’s really a beautiful park and you will be in the water all day. My kids loved the tower slide we did it a bunch of times. The zip lines into the water were fun. They also loved the cliff jumps. By midday we pretty much did everything (other than the premium things) once so we went round 2nd time and took it slower by chilling in the tubing longer. The restaurants actually open earlier than they say, we waited to go and once was already full by the time we walked over for breakfast but then we walked to the other one. The maps are confusing but it’s not really that big so even if you go the wrong way it’s not far to backtrack. We took the bus booked via xcaret when we got the tickets online and that was helpful because our guide was organized and we had wristbands on before we walked into the park. We went the week leading into Easter in March and even though it was a Saturday it really wasn’t crowded we never waited long for any activity. That said bring reef safe sunblock we all burned a little even after reapplying, it’s a lot of water and it probably washes off quickly. The food wasn’t great for a vegan but the rest of my meat eating family enjoyed all the meat stuff. Also we did Xplor a couple days later and we all agreed that we like Xel Ha better.

Amazing and Unique All-Inclusive Experience - Amazing experience! Going into it, I had high expectations because Xel-ha is already so well-reviewed. After visiting, it was easy to see why so many people love this place! The activities, environment, and gastronomy were all great! I particularly loved the snorkeling. I have never done it before so to be able to do it in this space was really nice. The park is MASSIVE. There is so much space to explore and the activities are well spread out. The food and drink options were both really good! It's lovely that these were included in the ticket. If you're not staying in an all-inclusive but want a day to feel like you are, go here!! We had a blast! Peep my Instagram for content from my travel adventures @drotravels :)

Amazing water park! - Absolutely amazing park! So much to do. Great value for money. All inclusive with food and drinks! Stunning and very clean m. The only downside is that you are not allowed to take your camera to film the top of the sliding tower! Even when you don’t go down the slide but where there’s a will there’s a way.

To go under water and... - To go under water and play with the rays was an excellent experience- for this activity you have to pay extra charge. But it was worth it. Otherwise quite expensive entrance fee but in a beautiful park. I liked very much how they treat the environment. E.g. they will collect your sunscreen at the entrance (you can pick it up when leaving the park) and provide you with environmentally friendly one. We paid another expensive fee of 69USD for photos package, but it did not work e.g. at the zip lines… Probably would need more time to enjoy it thoroughly… The time ran very quickly… But in overall nice day for much money.

Solid day out, some activities cost extra - A very enjoyable day. As always with these trips from Cancun, the journey isn't brilliant. Takes about 2 hours but the bus was comfortable and pleasant enough. Received our entry tickets on the journey, so avoided any queues. Once you're in, you are left to your own devices -- meeting around 5.45pm for the trip home. The breakfast selection is good, and alcoholic drinks are served from 10.30am onwards. The lazy river is nice with the option of tubes or floating down with a snorkel. Can jump off the edge at a few designated points along the way. Other activities like swimming with dolphins or underwater Snuba cost between 60-100US extra each. Lunch is served from 12-5ish, good selection in the buffet. Don't lose the key to your locker, costs 20US to replace it. Also make sure to give your snorkel back and scan your wristband when you do, otherwise you might be charged.

Nice guides, less than expected enjoyment. - The tour company did an excellent job, the ride came right to our door and we road comfortably in a large coach instead of squished in a little shuttle, the whole process was very smooth. The park itself was nice, however I was heartbroken to see the dolphins in little enclosures and one was so depressed he spent the whole time with his nose pressed to the dock just sitting there 😢 the snorkeling would have been excellent except that the gear isn't well cared for so be picky when you grab a mask and make sure it has all the little plastic valves. I think I was lovely experience but I don't know I'd pay the price for what it is...

If you're not made of money, skip it - It was fun but all of the extra fun activities they showed on the video cost a minimum of $75 extra per person. The Buffett and drink was all included so that was good. Didn’t realize that over half the activities were gonna cost us extra.
