Good, informative...but get there early - Good points: A lot of good things here. It was informative with good commentary (when u could hear it above the noise of the engine). The tour covered all the key highlights. It was a lovely day too Not so good points: You don't book the time and date of your tour. We bought ours alongside a round Malta tour. We had to use ours within five days of buying the other tour. So there is no control over numbers. We managed to get on but three tour groups appeared for the same tour...and some didn't get on. It also delayed us setting off.

Cancelled tour - The tour was cancelled due to regata on that day. I found it out after reaching the port and searching for the boat like crazy. Nobody announced me earlier about the cancellation. It is definitely a miscomunication between tripadvisor and the tour company. I am currently awaiting for my refund that I was promised to receive soon. I would like to visit Malta again and maybe take the same tour, but would book it on the spot to avoid stress.

Barbour Cruise Cancelled - There was a communication breakdown between the cruise company and Viator. Unfortunately, we did not get to go on the cruise because it was canceled by the company. However we were able to book our tickets online without adequate communication of its closure. I am currently waiting on my refund for the cruise I did not receive. I hope to receive my refund in a timely manner.
