Gozo heritage day pass from Malta. Recommended by Fiona iseemalta agent! - We dealt with Fiona in Azur ST Hotel in Silema. She recommended the one day heritage pass trip to Gozo from Silema. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us plenty of suggestions of what sites to visit on Gozo, as our time there was limited. We thoroughly enjoyed the Ggantija temples and the guided hop on bus tour of the island.

Denied trip - Hi, writing on behalf my parents in law. They decided to go for that trip but unfortunately after buying tickets there was no space on ship/ catamaran ( not sure) They had flight to Poland the next day and were gutted.
Thankfully, I’ve messaged customer service and Ruth helped me with getting their money back. 🫶🏼
I guess things like that can happen everywhere :)
Thanks again.

Beautiful but Unexpected Day - My husband and I both were confused as it seemed like the day didn’t match what we booked. The itinerary didn’t match. When we showed up, they scanned our QR code tickets and gave us orange bracelets and took us to two beautiful islands but there was not a guide or any information provided about Gozo or actually any part of the trip and we thought the stay in Comino was more than twice as long as it needed to be and a bit longer than expected based on the itinerary. This is especially the case if you don’t get in the water, hike the whole time, or enjoy street food and drinking while sitting on uneven rock. There is literally no where else to sit. Some people got other colored bracelets but even after asking I couldn’t any details on the differences. You also had to pay an additional fee to go see the caves at the Blue Lagoon. We wouldn’t book this tour again as it was just ok and we felt lacking in communication but we do recommend visiting both islands. Our experience with this one is that you get transportation and that’s it - and the transportation is CROWDED. Otherwise, again, overall it was ok.

Not enough time in Gozo, too much time on Comino (Blue Lagoon) - Ferry was half hour late, that's when you eventually find where it departs. Boat was fine, new and clean and the beer was cold and not expensive. Gozo was nice, what you saw of it, because you don't get enough time there, roughly 1.5 hours, which means you don't have time for a sit down lunch. Comino (Blue Lagoon) was terrible. Totally over commercialised, so many boats and way too many people on the the tiny island. The beach is so small, maybe takes 50 people, otherwise you have to find a rock to sit on, really uncomfortable for 3 hours whilst your waiting for the ferry to return to collect you. To summerise, don't bother with Comino unless you take a different boat (a fun boat with slides and sundeck), if your a mountain goat and like sitting on hilly rocks, then come.

Terrible value for money - What a lot of hanging around waiting for them! We lost hours of the day waiting for buses and boats it was chaos! Really poor communication throughout the day but hard sell of extras!
I wish we had booked a private tour as we needed more time in Gozo and less in the hard sell land of Comino bay!

Avoid avoid avoid - We booked the tour through the rep at the Verdi hotel. We asked for a trip to Gozo for the day and not to do the island comino. She sold us a hop on off tour in gozo.
Meeting point at 9am outside the hotel was chaos no body had a clue what was happening. We were put on a hop on off bus to the ferry point. Then it was just chaos everyone walking round not a clue where to go. Arm bands were given to us then we got on the ferry. We arrived at gozo and chaos started again no organization at all. We were put on a bus despite saying I think you are wrong we wanted the hop on off. No one helped just if you have a problem take it up with the rep when you get back to the hotel. Cut along story short looks like the rep gave us the wrong tickets and we ended up doing comino. The bus to gozo from the ferry was awful and driven terribly we had 2 hours then had to go back to the bus. We were told to be back for 1.30. The bus left at 1.23 and I am sure he left people behind he never did a check. It was then back to the ferry and on to comino. No body helps you tells you what’s happening etc. the worst organizations have ever seen. Comino is not worth visiting it is just a dirty island full of rubbish. For me I wish we had just booked our own ferry from the port it would have been a lot cheaper and less stress.
