Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had my sons birthday party here, my mom, myself and my sons father tried to skate with my son. The skates provided are awful, the wheels wouldn’t turn half the time, they lock up while skating and they wobble. Customers need to bring their own skates to be safe.

Was asked to be there by 12:45p to check into party at 1p, but had to wait in tiny in-between room for 10 mins so "set up" could be finished. Once in party set up was tables set together with birthday plates and cups set out which was fine. Drinks we provided early on (had a couple spills but we survived). Pizza was decent ordered an additional pizza. Ice cream sandwiches were fine. Overall party went well. My son enjoyed his birthday party.

My daughter has had her birthday there for the last several years. I think his name is Jay. But the gentleman that has always helped me is always so helpful and nice. Even when my daughter invited 8 additional people lol. He was very accommodating. The ska8away is always clean and the other staff are friendly. Thank you making my daughters big day a hit and mom look like super hero. ( with zero clean up on my part).
