Awesome Tour Despite Tour Booking Issue - We took this tour in early June and unfortunately Viator messed up on our booking. Nonetheless, Nicole was amazing and still was able to give us an amazing tour! We loved the gold panning and walk through the cemetery and waterfall. They also recommended a great place to get lunch. You must take this tour if you are going to Skagway!

Great way to see Skagway! - This was a highlight of our trip! Our guide was knowledgeable and she took us to some wonderful sites. Bikes were also super easy and fun to ride.

This is a Must Stop! - Booked electric bikes to use during our cruise stop. Previous communication was quick and accommodating. Once we arrived to the shop, we were greeted, informed of safety items, shown how to use bikes and walked through an app to help guide us through the best sights in Skagway. Awesome E-Bike tour! - Finally getting around to writing a review. We went on this tour last August and we all agreed that this was our favorite excursion that we did during our cruise. The owners are so very friendly and helpful. Our family of 4 which included 2 teenagers, ages 17 and 19 learned to use the e-bikes very quickly (our first time on them). The tour we were given was the best we saw so many beautiful things and learned about life in Skagway from someone local. George took the time initially to teach us what to do on the bikes and was really great along the way answering questions about the area and showing us the area. I highly recommend this bike tour.

Perfect - Such a fun and unique way to see the town. We loved this tour and felt like it was just for us. We didn’t want to be on the train all day but wanted to see the beautiful scenery. The guide took us to many unique places that we would have never seen if we went on our own. I would do this in a heart beat again. Perfect for those that aren’t athletic. The e-bike makes it easy to get around but also allows you to stretch and get some exercise.

EBikes in Skagway - We were on a cruise and both of our Skagway tours had been cancelled. This tour was a fabulous fill-in. We were well schooled on the operations of the ebike since neither my daughter nor I had ever ridden on an ebike. Our tour of the town of Skagway on the bikes was informative with stops at the Gold Rush Cemetery and fabulous hike to a water falls. Our tour ended at the top of a hill at an observation point which showed Skagway and the harbor below. Having an ebike made the climb up the long hill very enjoyable.
