Norther Door Boat Rental Staff - We arrived in the morning for our rental and the conditions were sunny but high winds. The staff on hand offered us an opportunity to come back later in the day to see if the wind would subside. Later that afternoon, we were called by the staff and they offered us our full refund. They did not want us to be fighting the wind and limited experience that we would have. We will rent from Northern Door again for the service and care that they afforded us.

Pontoon For A Different View Of Life! - Fantastic experience! Five couples rented a 25’ pontoon for the afternoon. Taylor represented her company very well and she made maneuvering the dock in the harbor a breeze! We also followed her recommendation to cruise north. We went up to Giles Rock, enjoying the shoreline and the natural beauty along the way: Niagara Escarpment! We then cruised back to the base of Peninsula State Park and savored the water view of Eagle’s Tower! A land visit just to experience this tower is worth the drive to Door County. We highly recommend that a pontoon ride be in your future!

Beautiful boating - Great clean boat. Nice helpers. It was a wonderful day. We stopped at Pebble Beach and then at horseshoe Island and we were able to swim and enjoy the beautiful lake.

Beautiful pontoon sunset cruise - Great customer service- both the workers we encountered were so fun and friendly. The 6-8:30 sunset cruise was perfect amount of time to be out boating and enjoy the evening. Go north and enjoy the white rock cliffs.

Northern Door Boat Rental - perfect sunset cruise! - Had a great sunset cruise with Northern Door Boat Rental. Fantastic early dinner at Solango, then walked outside, hopped in our pontoon, and off we went! Julia/Andrew were great! Also loved a shorter rental window option (90 min) they offer now, late in the season. 6-7:30 was perfect, as the sun set just few minutes before we returned the boat. So easy!

NDCBR Rocks!! - The entire Northern Door County Boat Rental team was simply fantastic to work with. They were very accommodating and worked hard to match our scattered schedule as best as possible - they were able to fit us into multiple time slots on relatively short notice just before a long holiday weekend. The pre-launch walk through was thorough, yet brief and concise (which made it easy to remember!). We felt as if we were being greeted and treated like family throughout the entire process. The boats themselves were great, too. Big enough for a nice sunset cruise with the entire family, and sporty enough to pull 'older kids' (i.e., 20-somethings) on a wakeboard, water skis and tubing. We've definitely found our new boat away from home. We'll be back again soon!
