Join our journey in one of our exceptional Portuguese jeeps. During the journey, we’ll delve into the rich history of Sintra’s crucial landmarks and reveal some of our town’s greatest treasures (including one that’s strictly confidential). In the morning, you’ll get a chance to explore Portugal’s most frequented monument, a UNESCO world heritage site. After the palace visit, we’ll head to the village of Colares, offering you a selection of authentic local eateries for your lunchtime. For the afternoon leg of this adventure, prepare for the most thrilling part where we’ll traverse through off-roads, beaches, and stunning viewpoints. To conclude, we end our journey in Cascais, where you can explore the quaint town center, a few scenic beaches, and catch a train back to Lisbon.

Unforgettable day tour with Rafael! - Rafael was the perfect guide—professional, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making our day exceptional. From the start, he took the time to ask about our interests and expectations, and not only did he meet them—he went above and beyond. He brought us to all the key sights we had hoped to see, plus several wonderful surprises we hadn’t expected. Unforgettable Day in Sintra – 10/10 Experience with Jummpy Adventures!! - We had the absolute best day exploring Sintra with Jummpy Adventures, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From the moment we were picked up at our hotel in Lisbon to the very end of the day, everything was seamless, fun, and incredibly memorable.
Our guide, Ricky, was phenomenal—super knowledgeable about the rich history of every site we visited and had the perfect mix of facts, storytelling, and humor. His passion for the area really made the experience come alive.
We toured the stunning Pena Palace (outside and gardens—skip the crazy line for the interior!), admired several other historical monuments from picturesque viewpoints, and then visited Quinta da Regaleira, which quickly became my absolute favorite spot. This stop was Ricky’s suggestion, and he nailed it—an absolute must-see.
The tour included a delicious lunch at a charming oceanside restaurant, complete with fresh oysters and fish caught that morning—you just can’t beat that. We also stopped for views of Azenhas do Mar, Praia de Adraga, Cabo da Roca, and even ventured off-road in their awesome open-top Jeep to a hidden gem with breathtaking panoramic views you could never reach without a 4x4. We ended our day in Cascais, the perfect final stop.

Our favorite day spent in Portugal! - Our day visiting Sintra and nearby coastal towns with Andre was the highlight of our 9 day trip for 4 out of 4 in our family! Andre picked us up in Lisbon in a great UMM. We saw several palaces and a castle in Sintra, had incredible pastries for breakfast, a delicious and fun lunch by the coast, breathtaking viewing riding and off-roading in the seaside towns, snacks and wandering in Cascais. Andre was very informative, funny, and made the day feel relaxed and flexible. We had so much fun with him. Highly recommend Jummpy and Andre!!

Best Tour in Portugal! - Jummpy came highly recommended from friends in USA. Must say that Rafael provided our group a wonderful experience, great lunch on the beach, awesome site seeing and excellent historical perspective of Sintra. If you only do one thing in Sintra, grab a day trip with Jummpy. Was AWESOME!

Use Jummpy Adventures for your tour to Sintra and Cascais - Ricky, our guide, was both very personable and knowledgeable, taking us to many unique spots to maximize our time in Sintra. This is the best way to visit Sintra and Cascais in a single day.

Wonderful tour of Sintra area - We had the pleasure of going on a jeep tour of the beautiful Sintra area with Henrique. Henrique is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the area and its history. It is a most personal experience, as the jeep is able to stop at many places of interest where we could get off and explore. This tour offers amazing views of the very scenic coastline, and because it is a jeep - we were able to access areas that we would not have been able to go to by car or bus. Our lunch stop was an amazing restaurant with wonderful seafood and an awesome view of the beach. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit the Sintra area.

Amazing guide and off the beaten path views. - We had a great time with Henrique as our guide his enthusiasm and knowledge made for a great day! This is not your standard tour as with the jeep we were able to see amazing views along the coast that were just incredible. I would highly recommend for a tour different than the normal!

100% recommend for Sintra Tours! - We had an amazing experience with Jummpy tours. We booked a full day Sintra tour for our family with another family so we toured with both Henrique and Rafael. The jeep allows you to truly enjoy the Sintra views and ocean air! Both Henrique and Rafael were very knowledgable and took us to spots that ordinary tour vans would not be able to access. Both the adults and kids in our party enjoyed the same! They really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best Sintra experience and we did!
It was also super easy to book with them and they were flexible to our needs. I will do this tour again when we come back to Lisbon. I 100% recommend them to anyone that wants to experience Sintra!
