The beauty of the hills and fantastic stories - I went with some friends and it was spectacular! The photos do not jus to the beauty of the mountains at night, only even experiencing in first hand. We make several pauses where Miguel tells us the stories and legends related to the theme. He is great at catching our attention and tells his stories with a special charm, which lets us think about them for days!
I will undoubtedly repeat and recommend everyone to try!

Sintra Walk - Fantastic walk with superb views especially of the Pena Palace. Miguel is a true story teller and knows how to captivate everyone's attention, with a deep knowledge of Portuguese history and all the myths and legends that embellish the entire experience. Definitely repeating!

About the night walk with Miguel Aboim - Miguel provides you with a very nice night walk through Sintra's Hills, exploring the fantastic forest and cutting through the moon beams. He emphasizes something which I personally adore and believe, the importance of remaining silent and avoid the use of lanterns, so you can be more connected with the raw nature that surrounds you. He therefore gives you green light lanterns to enable night vision in the darkest pathways. He also stops along the way were people can rest whilst listen to his exciting historical Chronicles about the ancient Sintra. Loved it and truly recommend it.

There are ghosts here! - I had never taken a night walk with Miguel and I didn't know him, but in some circumstance that I don't remember, a few years ago, the suggestive name planted a seed of one day being able to do it with O Caminheiro de Sintra. My intuition proved to be right: a serene professional, respectful of nature, dedicated to his companions, a teller of legends with exciting timbre, diction and intonation, making this the first of many walks together.

Wonderful and magical - Wonderful and magical!
The walk began after sunset and the darkness of the night, in contrast to the very well lit monuments, immediately gave us a small glimpse of what night promised.
During the walk, the monuments were emerging through the fog and we couldn’t help but stunned, wondering and even thanking for being there
.
In the small and strategic pauses that are made along the way, Miguel, with his soft tone of voice and something mysterious, takes us to brief and delicious trips into the past.
The walk was very well organized.
We will return for other walks.

Mandatory for lovers of Sintra - Me and my husband loved this night walk. Miguel's voice was made for this kind of experience. It was lovely. The way you were advising on the route/terrain is fantastic and all the stories were brilliant.

Wonderful - A magical night. Miguel is an excellent guide. The stories and stories told by you remind us to a past almost present, because in the course of the walk the imagination already allowed us to feel the characters. The Sintra Mountain at night becomes even more mysterious.
The sound of the strawberries, the salamander that during the walk gave the air of its grace, provided an even more charming setting.
Experience to repeat without doubt. Thank you Miguel

Magical and mysterious night in the Sintra mountains - The contact with the nightly sounds of the nature of the Sintra mountain and walking in the forest wrapped between the penumbra and the night moon transport us into a magical and unforgettable Mood. During the course of the event Miguel as an excellent communicator who is, presents us with the narrative of the stories and legends of the Sintra mountain that he knows so well. The way he conveys these stories makes us travel to a distant and mysterious past, in such a way that in part of the tour I imagined to feel the presence of these mythical characters he told us about. The Mood became so, besides "magic also mysterious." There are images and sounds that I will never forget, namely the sight of the moon over the castle and the sound of the stream running from the lake in the garden. Those were wonderful hours that went by, but that will forever be kept in my memory. Thank you Miguel for making us dream again. I promise to be back at upcoming events.

Breaks in the right place and very interesting stories.
The walk was very peaceful and the views were very privileged.
The most challenging part of the path was the descent.
