We will pick you up from your hotel at 8:30 AM. During the journey to Sintra, your guide will share insights into the history and culture of Portugal, allowing you to decide whether to visit one or multiple monuments as you explore the heart of Sintra. Lunch, or just a snack, can be enjoyed in either Sintra or Cascais—it’s your choice.
- Cascais - Upon arriving in Cascais, you can wander through the village center, which is filled with shops, restaurants, and cafés. You will also visit the renowned Hell’s Mouth, an ideal spot for photography.
Traveling from Cascais to Lisbon, we will take a scenic route with the Atlantic Ocean always on our right.
- Lisbon - In Lisbon, there are numerous attractions to explore. Once again, the choice is yours. In the Belem neighborhood, you can find the Monastery of Jerónimos (a 16th-century masterpiece), the Standard of Discoveries, and a view of the Tejo River. In the city center, you can stroll along Augusta Street and Rossio Square or ascend the Triumph Arch in Commerce Square. Additionally, there are the charming old neighborhoods of Bairro Alto or Alfama (featuring the Cathedral, Saint Anthony Church, and the stunning Portas do Sol viewpoint), where Fado music originated. Of course, we can also visit the Oceanarium in the modern part of Lisbon.
