Would 100% Avoid - Waited at a bus stop for 40 minutes only to finally see our bus drive by without stopping. Signage showed we were in the right place, and the staff at the visitor center confirmed it. Ended up paying 9 Euros to an Uber to get us to the castle we had tickets for. When that castle closed we walked to the bus stop at 6pm since the brochure said the last bus runs at 6:30…looked at the sign there and if says the last pick up there is 5:15. That was not stated anywhere else, no times were given previously or other stops. Hopped on a random bus since we didn’t have phone service to find another option, so we then spent an hour on a bus getting motion sick as we had to go out of the way 45 minutes. So disappointed we went this route and weren’t served as promised.

Tourist trap and employees peddle tickets. - This is a tourist trap. As soon as u get off the train they r located outside the train station. Withh all the confusion and people u think u need to get on the bus but you don't . Walk a block away and you will find public transport. The employees are rude just peddling tickets. Expensive and a tourist trap. No set time. Green route does not run all the time.

Awful experience - wish I could give them a zero - This group is immediately on the left when you come out of train station. (Everyone seemed to be going this way). Wish we had known to go right to public buses. Staff was rude. Explained nothing, except that you could pay for an all day ticket right there in line. No options. It was way too expensive for the one trip we wanted, but we did it. They packed people on the bus like sardines….many standing. It took us a miserable hour to get up to the Peña Palace. No information about what we were passing. When we finished with the Peña Palace we came back out to look for one of these buses. Nothing! Finally took a public bus (434, I think) back to the train station. What a ripoff!

Terrible service - Terrible! They don’t show up timely and the bus is too full for everyone to get on when they do. Do not use.

Don't ride this bus. Waste of money. - Bus, when or if it shows up, was always full. Rode it exactly twice before giving up and just walking. Do yourself a favor, skip Pena (its way too crowded) and take a tuck tuck to the Moorish castle then walk downhill to historic Sinatra. Had a nice meal there and enjoyed shopping.

SCAM ALERT!!! You will not get anything but ripped off. - This outfit is pure SCAM. I wasted 22 Eu on a fraud. Please stay away. I will contest w credit card and report to tourist police. They have one miserable bus that will not be there. It runs every hour, but I never saw it after ride up. Pay less and get the regular tourist bus, runs every 15 min. Or take a cab, or call a Uber or anything but these clowns. There is some inane narration that works at some seats. The bus driver is no help at all and super grumpy. They sell hard, tell you it’s a great idea and you will be out of your money fast and WILL have to look for plan B rides. I ended up walking mostly and paying for my tickets w another bus. It’s a rip off. Don’t even think about it! I wish I had known. Feel so stupid wasting my money.

Do not us! Get an uber / tuk tuk/ anything else - Absolute rip off - can’t hop on hop off as they are full!! 12.5 euros each? It’s 5 euros for an Uber down from castle. And - Peña castle - interesting from outside but inside is a stately home you shuffle through in a constant queue of people. Underwhelmed

Not a Hop on Hop off service. - OK, so not the hop on hop off experience that most expect, Firstly, we were very quickly loaded onto the bus, No seats available, then kept standing there for a further 10 minutes as more people were packed onto the bus, to the point you felt like the fish in tins that are so loved in Lisbon. The bust started on the journey, to wherever it was, because no information was given by the driver, At one point he said "Garden", as if this was somehow relevant information, and two people got of, 5 more got on making an already uncomfortable trip even more so. We went to the moreish castle, very impressive, But Im still not sure it was worth the extra €45 we had paid to get there, the €22 entry was worth it though. Pick a number of passengers, and stick to it, Far too many people on the bus to make it an enjoyable experience.

Worst experience ever - THIS IS THE WORST! First of all, it costs a whopping €15,00. The busses simply don’t show up. We waited hours, but not a single sign of a bus. When you’re extremely lucky and manage to see a bus, they just drive by with a half-empty bus. Do yourself a favor and take a taxi or tuk-tuk. AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY!

Don't, just don't - Most terrible service ever!! First off all it costs 15.00 euro per person. Its not worth your money, they just dont show up or drive past without any notice. We had to walk most of the time because of it. Please do yourself a favour and take a taxi or tuk tuk......
