Being a local for the day - Our Singapore private tour with the BEST tour guide (Pamela Loh) and our spectacular driver Bernard. My husband and I have high expectations when traveling. We like to experience as many things as possible in a given day but do not want to be rushed or herded like sheep. We also want a guide that is knowledgeable, friendly and gives you an immersive experience as a local. I highly recommend Hello Singapore Tours and you will not be disappointed—request Pamela as she was excellent, knowledgeable, respectful, entertaining and just extremely fun to spend the entire day with around the city. Recap of the tour First, we checked out the National Orchids Garden where we saw many wild and hybrid orchids. Then, we stopped at Marina Bay overlooking the iconic Marina Bay Sands and learned of the story of Merlion. We saw Raffles, the founder of modern Singapore and visited the old parliament house before making it along our Singapore River into Fullerton Hotel, the former General Post Office. Next, Bernard drove us to the oldest Chinese temple in Singapore, Thian Hock Keng. After which, we made our way to the heart of Chinatown. Along the way, you tried the pandan chiffon cake. Then, we also had lunch at Chinatown hawker centre where you tried a local snack, popiah (fresh spring roll), carrot cake, chicken rice where you washed it down with the tiger beer. Lastly, we visited Gardens by the Bay, the 2 conservatory domes, Flower Dome and Cloud Forest where you saw more cherry blossoms where you thought you were done with in Tokyo and the second tallest indoor waterfall in the world.

Pamela is a tour guide was five stars all the way! - Pamela was an amazing guide and we had a fantastic time seeing the local sites in Singapore. As a Neurosurgeon, I am not easily impressed with the work ethic of other people often come quite disappointed from things like this. Hello Singapore tour guided by Pamela was simply outstanding in my book. We covered a lot of ground in our six hour tour and Pamela was incredibly informative and a real pleasure to work with. From her prompt meeting at the airport and the luxurious van accommodations and outstanding driver during the tour we felt comfortable with her right from the start. Well organized well sold out itinerary and color commentary gave us a good understanding of the history of Singapore.

Go with Hello Singapore to deeply see the city! - We took an amazing 1/2 day private tour with Gee Soo. Not only did he take us to all the main sights, but took us to places we wanted to see. He was so energetic, loved his city and was very thorough. He took pictures of us all along the way which we value greatly. When we finished the tour he sent us an email with all the pictures he had taken along with a summary of our tour. It was one of the most amazing tours we have ever taken anywhere.

Like Hanging out with Family! - My sister and I did the custom half day tour. Gene was our guide and did a fantastic job curating the experience around our interests. In 4 hours, we got to try Singaporean food, walk through Chinatown, Little India, Arab Street, and Marina Bay. Hanging out with Gene felt like family. We shared some laughs and even had delicious tea together! I would highly recommend Hello Singapore for anyone who wants an intimate and private experience that is tailored to your liking.

The best day in Singapore with Kwang Wei - We had a wonderful day in Singapore with Kwang Wei. We were contacted before the tour and asked about our interests and the experiences we particularly wanted to include. Kwang Wei met us on time at our hotel and ran through the day he had planned so we could change anything. Everywhere we went he was knowledgeable and shared his own personal experiences of growing up and living in Singapore. He took us on a bus and the tube and covered everything on our list at a pace that suited us. We had lunch at a clean and efficient hawker centre in Little India as requested. Kwang Wei was really attentive, took it our pace, helped with steps, was ready with a umbrella when needed and even cleared our lunch table! He delivered us back to our hotel at the end of the day. We wouldn't have experienced the real Singapore without him and had the best day. Huge recommendation for Hello Singapore and Kwang Wei.

The perfect guide - Richard Kan is a wonderful and knowledgeable guide. He brought to our attention the rich history of Singapore and spots that we wouldn’t have found on our own. Richard also conducted the tour at our pace and was very adaptable! We did not feel rushed or that we missed out on any of the cultural sights and food.

Great experience over four days of tours! - We were a 28-person university group from the US and spent four days in Singapore on various tours organized by Hello Singapore, each to a different area of the city and with a different theme. They (thankfully) broke us into smaller groups so we'd be able to more easily move around, and each of our leaders (Gene, Bibi, and Pamela) were fantastic. They were knowledgeable and shared insight and context into what we were seeing and experiencing, without overloading us with too much information. They were able to pivot on the spot when a student had a medical need and needed a pharmacy mid-tour, when torrential rain came down and necessitated a change in itinerary, or when other obstacles came up. They were patient and kind, and we got to visit local establishments and try local delicacies we'd never have ventured to experience otherwise. I was very impressed that each guide quickly learned everyone's names and were able to keep track that no one got lost as we moved around from place to place. Highly recommend!

Fun Full Day in Singapore - We enjoyed a fantastic, private tour of Singapore all excellently planned and executed by our wonderful guide, Gee Soo! Not only was he an excellent guide & shared many facts & stories but he also was a delightful gentleman who we enjoyed spending the day with. We also took time & enjoyed chicken rice & ice cream. After the 17,000 steps or so, we even had a debriefing session plus he was thoughtful enough to take pictures, then send to us at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Singapore!
