Fantastic family experience - Fantastic experience. Lewis was super helpful and a brilliant guide! We had so much fun on our Segway tour and despite my initial concerns about not being able to control my mini Segway within minutes you master it! Super easy to use and we were offered helmets etc. fantastic way to see Singapore and would highly recommend to all.

Best experience ever. - Fantastic experience, with excellent views of Singapore including Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay. Lewis was a great guide, very friendly and informative and videoed our ride for our memories. There were plenty of stops for photo ops. You must do it.

Fabulous way to see Singapore - A brilliant way to see the key sights of Singapore . Lewis was a fantastic guide who took loads of photos and videos around the route of us. The mini segways are very easy to ride and you get to cover a great distance in a very easy way. A highly recommended way to spend two hours.

Go for it! - Go for it, guys! Ask for Snowy, she's a great guide! The route of the tour is great, you see the beauty of Singapore from the bayfront and learn about many of the landmarks. The segs are well-maintened and well-used. And you can chat with your guide and learn more about life in Singapore.

Didn't meet expectations - We saw the main sites of Singapore, namely: Marina Barrage, Marina Bay Sands Hotel, Gardens by the Bay. The segways were tiny and didn't go very fast. The guide wasn't a Singapore Native and couldn't understand the questions we asked and it was also difficult to understand what he was trying to communicate to us.

Not a tour!! - Don’t waste you time on this tour, go to the segways on Sentosa island. Because… NOT A TOUR - There was no tour, we just followed an already set out path around the bay which we could’ve easily done ourselves. You don’t stop off at any worthwhile spots, much better to visit key attractions in your own time. VERY SMALL SEGWAY - The Segway itself was very small and could only hold less than 100kg, for anyone over 60kg your battery will have to be replaced within the 2hour time frame. COMMUNICATION - very little and very poor English speaking so guide didn’t say a word to us in the tour and just pointed occasionally and tried to take our photo in un-aesthetic places. PACE - since the segways are so weak and banged up you can only go walking speed which is very pointless and frustrating when you want to go faster and see more in the time frame. Kept on waiting to speed up and have fun but guide was very slow. Having done the Segway tour on Sentosa island, don’t do this one, massive waste of money.

O-Ride Singapore a NO SHOW - We traveled by Grab ( $10 USD each way) to the location provided by the tour operator, which was a local food court and mall. We were directed up the escalator to the second floor and we arrived at a store front that was closed. After about 20 minutes, we texted the operator and received a response that he was running late and could we postpone the tour for an hour or so. We declined and returned to the hotel. We filed our complaint with Viator and received a refund within a few days... Good job Viator.

Dangerous company. - A terrible company. Very unreliable were not even there when we arrived for the tour. Had to keep ringing to get hold of the manager. They left us in the hands of a young boy and the segway i was on failed. This ended in an accident. The company are not insured. Don't use this company. They did not even supply safety equipment.

Avoid at all costs - My husband and I wentbon this tour. The tour was run by a 16 and 13 year-old and we were not provided with any safety equipment. His segway developed a fault and was catapulted over the handlebars. He ripped 3 tendons in his right shoulder and 2 in his left and needed major surgery on both shoulders on our return home and has life changing injuries. He also broke ribs. The company admitted that there was a fault with the segway but it appears they are not insured and have ignored all communications with our Singaporean lawyers. The company is not professional and please Do Not use as the equipment is old and dangerous.
