Gardens by the Bay - A must do trip - This trip is a must do as far as we are concerned. The two domes (cloud forest and flower) are air conditioned and just fabulous. The first thing you see in the cloud forest dome is a huge waterfall. It is so impressive and sets the tone for everything that follows. The flower dome is just as impressive, well laid out and provding an immersive experience. We spent over an hour and a half in each dome. You could do them faster if you wanted to, but it would be a shame to rush them when there is so much to enjoy. Transport is provided to take you to the domes but not to return you to your hotel. This was good for us as it gave us time to purchase skyway tickets that give a great view from a bridge that links some of the super trees. We did a couple of other things in the Gardens by the Bay and returned to our hotel on the efficient, cheap and air conditioned MRT metro rail system. Gardens by the Bay is not to be missed.

Worth another visit - Very professional, clean, good views and relaxing. Free wifi in many places which makes booking entry easy if you don't have a Sim card. All sorts of food for sale near the ticket office.

garden paradise by the bay - One of the most spectacular gardens and surrounds I have seen .Viator were very helpful in picking up from our hotel and dropping us off at the gardens.

Disappointed that no refund for display closed that we had paid for. Gardens beautiful - Driver was excellent, however we were unable to see the floral fantasy which we paid for as it was closed on that day. we requested a refund but this was refused. Very disappointing

Too much time spent in coaches - We were picked up at 8.30 and taken to the HQ hotel where we waited for an hour before going to the Gardens, arriving at 10.00. We could have left our hotel at 9.00 and still been there earlier. It should have been made clear that there were 2 transfers involved.

Unacceptable Service - The Gardens by the Bay were good experiences. The problem is the driver (who was supposed to have the tickets) said just to go inside, they will have them. BAD INFORMATION. The staff said that Tour East would have the ticket. I called and after about 1.5 hours of frustration and waisted time, I finally got it by e mail. Totally unacceptable. When tours are paid for, tickets should be issued. Vouchers are useless. Please re-look, meanwhile I am looking at other options.

Get tickets elsewhere and catch a cab - Don’t bother this is no different to a taxi only slower. Picked us up at motel then dropped of with hundreds of other people and a central point. Eventually got directed to another bus then sat there for 20mins without moving. We then got dropped off at gardens with no directions we all stood there looking at each other wondering why we wasted our money and extra time!!

Disaster don’t book this activity other than directly from the venue - Did to miscommunication we never received an email re pick up this visit did not happen We went to Gardens by the Bay they would not honour the voucher we had and Tour East Singapore refused to email or fax our original tickets we were told we could pick them up from their office however they were closing in 20 minutes se we had to buy new tickets.
