Scam/thieves - This company Elephant Shadow Holidays and Tours is a scam. They took my money gave me a confirmation number and did not show up. I reached out to them with no email response, no response through the Viator app, their office line is disconnected and nobody picks up on their cell line with no voicemail option. I am presently in the process of getting a refund with Viator. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.
