Fantastic memories created and bucket list ticked. - We recently came across USP Travels when visiting the Foreign Tourist Office at Colombo Fort. There we were warmly welcomed by Prasam, whose professionalism and friendliness immediately put us at ease. Although we had no intention of booking a guided service, he patiently explained our options and convinced us to try a private guide. Looking back, we are truly grateful that he did. Prasam arranged for Mr. Tusara to accompany us as our guide for 9 days. From the very first day, Tusara impressed us with his deep knowledge of Sri Lanka’s history, culture, and natural beauty. He carefully planned our days to ensure we saw as much as possible without feeling rushed, and he was always attentive to our comfort and preferences. His passion for his country, along with his patience and kindness, added immense value to our journey. Thanks to Tusara, we were able to explore not only the well-known highlights of Sri Lanka but also hidden gems we would never have discovered on our own. His ability to share stories, explain traditions, and recommend authentic local experiences made our trip both enriching and unforgettable. Pleasant journey across Sri Lanka - A buddy and I landed at Colombo airport and stumbled into Ferdinando's travel agency by accident at Fort Railway Station. We were skeptical at first, but then we were convinced to book a driver. We then first travelled by train to Galle and Tangalle. When booking Ferdinando helped us directly. In Tangalle we were then collected by our driver Thussara. From then on he drove us to our desired locations for the next 8 days. Thussara was very attentive and flexible about our wishes. The simple communication via Whatsapp has made a lot easier. Additionally, we were shown some places that were not on our list. Sometimes very cool places, but also places we could have saved. But even there Thussara was very flexible. All in all we can highly recommend the trip with the private driver as it was very comfortable and flexible. We would definitely recommend this offer!

Great tour of Sri Lanka - Enquired at USP Lanka Tours information office outside the Colombo Fort railway station for a driver & tour from Jaffna. Mr Ferdinando Prasanna’s suggested trip covered the places I wanted to see plus a few more. He checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was okay, which demonstrated great customer service and professionalism. My driver, KC Newman, was excellent. Arranged accommodation for some nights at lovely places that I would never have found. Especially memorable was the Ambiente hotel high on the hill above Ella (see photo for the early morning view). Highly recommended service!

Highly recommended trip - We booked the round tour with chauffeur in the tourist railway information station which was very odd but it turned out amazing. Not only was our chauffeur, Pradeep sawwa an excellent driver, he also got us an one in a lifetime experience by recommending us most of the places we visited. Indubitably it was the right decision to book this package.

Really great driver leading to amazing experience - Like other customers we stumbled upon the option to book a driver at the Colombo train station. We had already set up our route before the trip (including hotels for the most part) but didn’t plan transportation except for the first train ride. In the tourist office we talked through our proposed route and decided to book a private driver to make the most of our two week journey (private driver for 10 days). We were very happy that Mr. Tusara was assigned to us as there were already reviews of what a great driver and guide he is. Our expectations were definitely exceeded. Not only was the driver friendly, calm and very knowledgeable about everything we had questions about but also easy to communicate with due to him living abroad for quite some time and speaking English well. He drove us around safely in the challenging Sri Lanka traffic while telling us interesting stories about the country. Having him as a driver made our trip very easy going and we could spend our time relaxing without worrying about getting from a to b. All in all we can definitely recommend this company and Mr. Tusara in particular. Best greetings from Germany

Visit of Sri Lanka - Visiting Sri Lanka was a great experience. The tour was well organized, except for the hotel accommodation. I would especially like to appreciate our car driver, who not only drove us but also acted as a tour guide. His driving skills were excellent, and he always followed the traffic rules. We truly enjoyed the tour thanks to him.
