Join a small-group day expedition (fully inclusive) to the region of Chiang Rai, where you will explore numerous sights, from the contemporary design of the White Temple (Wat Rong Khun) to the historic remnants of the city of Chiang Saen (Wat Chedi Luang). Take a scenic ride on a long-tail boat along the Mekong River and marvel at the vantage point of the Golden Triangle. A Thai Set Lunch is also provided, as is two-way hotel conveyance from Chiang Mai.

A wonderful day in Chiang Rai - Our guide, Tui, was very friendly and attentive. He provided lots of information at each of the stops and answered all our questions. We saw the white temple, golden triangle, enjoyed a boat ride on the Mekong and stopped by the opium museum. Our lunch was ready as soon as we arrived at the restaurant and we also had an included coffee break on the drive back to Chiang Mai. It was a wonderful experience!

Day trip to Chiang Rai (White Temple + Golden Triangle) - Glad that I opted for Touring Center Chiang Mai for my day trip to Chiang Rai (White Temple + Golden Triangle).
It was a great experience as everything was well organized, and our guide, Mr. Tui, was knowledgeable and passionate about sharing the culture and beauty of Northern Thailand.
We visited the White Temple, understood the history behind it and also the meaning of the wall murals. Post that we went for a lunch where delicious local spread was offered. After lunch, we visited the Golden Triangle, went for a boat ride and explored the Opium museum. Mr. Tui shared fascinating insights about Thai history, local customs, and even recommended delicious food spots along the way. He was answering our questions with patience and enthusiasm.
I would highly recommend Touring Center Chiang Mai to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for an unforgettable adventure!

Amazing experience visiting the White Temple and more - Our tour guide Ekky gave us an amazing experience while visiting different points along Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai. Our first stop was to see and relax next to a hot spring, our next stop was the amazing White temple. After that we visited and old temple and had some lovely traditional Thai food at a restaurant that was waiting for us with everything ready. Our last activities were to navigate in one of the rivers located at the golden triangle and visit an old opium store were where we learned more about the golden triangle and its relation with opium. Ekky was friendly and gave us a lot of information. Thank you

Amazing White Temple - It’s a long day but certainly worth it. The White Temple was truly amazing. Visiting the Golden triangle very interesting being able to see all 3 countries at the same time. Our guide Ekky & driver Tai were very good. Lunch was beautifully cooked vegetarian food.

Amazing day. - Fantastic day. Well organised tour from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai. Amazing experiences. The driver was fantastic, and the guide was amazing. Guide spent the whole day explaining everything so well. Would highly recommend.

We are so happy we chose... - We are so happy we chose this tour. Yes, it is a full day. However, the pacing and stops made the time fly by. Each was interesting and we had just enough time to enjoy. The boxed breakfast with coffee, restocked water supply, delicious lunch and coffee stop at end were all top notch and made for a relaxing outing ( we felt pampered!). The driver was terrific….. polite and handing cold water and towels after stops. Ms. Pookie was an OUTSTANDING guide. She truly went above and beyond in her explanation of not only our stops, but Thai history and culture. What a great tour. The best in town!!

A long day but great experience - Great guide , very informative. Wished we could have spent more time at white temple . Boat trip was very interesting at the golden triangle.
The hot springs at the first top was brief but interesting.
