In Tokyo I became a cooking specialist for Japanese cuisine - The cooking experience was a show! You just have to know how to do it. Everyone was a master chef. The instructions very good to implement. There was a recipe handout and a lot of valuable information. In the end, snorting what you cooked yourself was probably deserved and once yummy.

Small intimate group experience - Lovely small group experience, cooking many of the home cooking Japanese dishes that we don’t see in restaurants as much. We had a wonderful time with these ladies and enjoyed a tasty lunch at the end of our efforts

Delightful and Delicous - The chefs anticipated what we would need clarity in and taught us each step and the “why” behind the process. There was patient attention to detail, flavor, and the aesthetic beauty of the meal we prepared. They shared about themselves and we all learned about each other as well, so it was a lovely communal experience. Less about students attending a class and more about a share cultural, historical, and social gathering. The food was delicious and we were left with a sense of joy, wonder and satisfaction at our accomplishment. In addition, we learned how to use tools in the Japanese kitchen that we had not yet been exposed to. That joy led us to find those items in Tokyo to bring some of that cooking process home. What a wonderful way to spend the day! Thank you so much!

Top! Extensive course with delicious food. - Very nice teachers who explain and show you everything. As long as you can handle English halfway, you hardly have any problems. The food is very delicious, I recommend everyone to try everything even if you don't really like individual things, in Japan a lot tastes different. For the price it is definitely a worthwhile course.

Would recommend this if you like cooking and Japanese cuisine - We really enjoyed this cooking class. Everything was well organized. They showed us how to make some things and other things we could do ourselves, this was perfectly balanced. Very professional and very hospitable. The instructors are Japanese. They are fluent in English and explain everything very well. The food was delicious. If you like cooking and Japanese cuisine I would surely recommend this cooking class to you.

Great cooking experience - Really well set up, knowledgeable and friendly instructors with good equipment. They were able to satisfy me as a very capable cook while bringing along a few very inexperienced cooks at the same time.
