An amazing Sushi-Workshop - I really enjoyed the sushi class! It was led by local professional chefs who were very knowledgeable and welcoming. We were a group of nine people, and the atmosphere was relaxed and fun. The instructors were very attentive to everyone's allergies and dietary requirements, and they explained each step clearly and patiently. It was a great experience, and we ended up making some truly excellent sushi. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone interested in learning how to make sushi from scratch!

Making sushi in Tokyo was a lot of fun - Excellent instructors teaching us how to make sushi. Interesting tidbits about Japanese culture and the history of making sushi. Friendly and enjoyed the food after the class. Small enough class in a horseshoe shape so everyone could talk and enjoy each other. Definitely a high point in our 11-day trip to Tokyo/Kyoto. Clear directions sent from the instructors on how to get to the location.

Great experience - My husband and I attended a three hour group of 8 sushi making class. Hosts Miki and Michi were informative, friendly and helpful. The class was also great fun. Good hygiene and step by step instructions. Fresh high quality ingredients and you get to eat what you make - a large plate is great sushi. Highly recommended this experience
