There’re uncountable Izakaya in Shinjuku but mostly for tourist places sadly. Shinjuku became too famous touristy city already as everyone know. Most places are NO tradition, history & great local chef already. Finding great Izakaya in Shinjuku is herd for even Japanese now already so most of the tourist can’t jump in the real.
I really wanna show U what’s REAL Japanese Izakaya culture & who we’re Japanese! My places are absolutely different level because best Izakaya have to be combines beautiful atmosphere, history & great taste for me. I’m sure about I can change Ur mind about what’s Izakaya!

TEAM TOKIO - Definitely the BEST tour in Tokyo, maybe even all of Japan. Suemi was super helpful with getting to the meeting location and making sure that all of us (3 total) had an amazing time. We left the tour wanting to book with her again immediately. The places that we went to eat were phenomenal with the most authentic Japanese cuisine and experiences. If you’re looking for a great evening, don’t book this. If you’re looking for the best night of your life, BOOK THIS!

Super fun and entertaining tour - Suemi was one of the most amazing tour guides I’ve ever toured with, and I’ve done about 50 tours. She was so much fun, engaging, entertaining and did a great job leading the group. She taught us about Japanese culture and took us to some top notch locations that had an authentic, fun Japanese vibe. This tour was definitely one of the highlights of my trip.

Unique local Shinjuku experience - Fun time with a good mix of information about Shinjuku and spending time experiencing different bars filled with locals that served great food (stay one dish). AKI was a great guide.

Super fun and unique - Aki was amazing! She showed us two spots we never would have gone to and helped us try really interesting dishes. The Okinawan izakaya was our favorite!

Incredible experience - This tour offers everything you could want from a night out in Shinjuku! Our guide Aki was amazing, and she made us truly feel welcomed in the city. 10/10 experience from start to finish. You won’t regret it choosing this!

Amazing Tour with an Amazing Guide - Five stars aren’t enough to capture what a great experience our group of five had. Suemi was amazing, and took us places that really are for locals. The food and drinks were great and plentiful. We would highly recommend - this is a must do!

You won’t be disappointed - Kanpai! - What a fun evening! I was solo and wanting to see a little more of the Shinjuku area especially at night. I joined a family of four and couple and we laughed, ate delicious food, drank tasty drinks, and perhaps a little music playing and karaoke late into the evening. It was all made possible by our amazing guide, Suemi, that was an absolute pleasure to spend the evening with showing teaching us about her culture, life in Tokyo and Japan, as well as her familial roots that go all the way to Peru. If you’re looking for a fun evening with an infectiously happy guide and cool places to see through a local lens, you should join this tour and have fun!

My BEST MOMENT in JAPAN🇯🇵 - It was really nice program and really good tour. Also The guide was very nice and We learned about Japanese traditions other than drinking THAT WAS AWESOME🇯🇵💛🇯🇵💛THANKS FOR TAKING US and I learned how to get drunk in JAPAN🇯🇵🍶🍺🥴💛

Shinjuku Tour!! - AMAZING tour guide
Koki was an AMAZING tour guide. Our meeting spot was easy to find and he greeted us with free drinks. We were able to pass by and take pictures of the “touristy” locations, but the places we actually visited were definitely hidden gems for locals! Koki recommended us some incredible food and drinks that we would never have tried on our own. And at the Okinawan bar, Koki arranged a special performance for my birthday! It felt less like a tour and more like a night out with amazing friends. I wish I could give Koki and this tour ten stars!
