There’re uncountable Izakaya in Shinjuku but mostly for tourist places sadly. Shinjuku became too famous touristy city already as everyone know. Most places are NO tradition, history & great local chef already. Finding great Izakaya in Shinjuku is herd for even Japanese now already so most of the tourist can’t jump in the real.
I really wanna show U what’s REAL Japanese Izakaya culture & who we’re Japanese! My places are absolutely different level because best Izakaya have to be combines beautiful atmosphere, history & great taste for me. I’m sure about I can change Ur mind about what’s Izakaya!
We’ll visit 2 Japanese tavern that even Japanese never find! If U still have time after tour is over.. Let’s have fun together as a friend!lol More explore Izakaya, Karaoke, Bar, whatever U want! Cheers my friends XD

Once-in-a-lifetime experience - This was literally the most fun thing I did in Tokyo with my friends! Please don't think too much, just trust me and book it. It can be hard to make friends on a short trip to Tokyo, but thanks to the structure of this tour and the expert knowledge of our guide, Dan, we were able to easily connect with the group. Everyone had such a unique personality and backstory, so getting to know each other was so much fun! Dan took us to several izakayas where the food and drinks were included in the fee. I was really surprised about that, because the value was so good. I'm allergic to fish, but she made sure to order food just for me. He is so caring about everyone, it was really touching. The second place we went had Japanese singing and it was so much fun! Seriously a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

A MUST DO IN SHINJUKU! - This tour was the BEST! Suemi is the BEST. Such a great little tour exactly as described. All you can drink and hidden gems. We all decided we wanted to continue on so Karoke in the end was a bonus. Food was amazing, company was great! Such a fun fun memorable night.

Fun night out - This was a fun experience visiting 2 local izakayas off the beaten tourist track. The group was nice and small and the guide was entertaining and informative.

A great tour, be prepared for a hangover! - We were very interested in visiting Golden Gai, as it only comes alive at night, and it is mainly for locals. As such, we thought a tour of the area was the best bet. We explored the area first, and walked though one of the old bar strips. We didn't stay there, but were taken to a hidden bar for locals, which was up an elevator. This was fun, as you got to sit and meet all the other guests on the tour. I didn't know it included food along the way, so that was a nice surprise. We visited another bar after this, which had entertainment. We drank a drink that was the equivalent to Japanese Vodka. You could drink anything you wanted. You will not be waiting for a drink for long, they are brought to your table. We ended up in a karaoke bar, but that was optional for people who wanted to keep going. In any case, the tour went much longer than expected, and we enjoyed meeting all the other guests. The tour guides were young, vibrant and friendly.

Had a blast with Suemi! - My husband and I had so much fun on our Shinjuku tour with Suemi. She was so amazing. We learned so much about Japan and had so much fun trying new foods, seeing the sights, and singing karaoke.

Awesome time to be had - Had an awesome time on this walking tour.
We were taken to places where foreigners would not normally go. This made it even more enjoyable as the staff and locals in attendance were welcoming and friendly.
I highly recommend this tour.
We even kicked on afterwards at karaoke.
I would do the tour again if I returned to Japan.
Suemi is a great guide, fun and entertaining.

Glad I did! - I can’t imagine navigating around Shinjuku without this tour. Fantastic guide and such a fun group of people. Highly recommend if looking for enjoyable night out in Tokyo!

TEAM TOKIO - Definitely the BEST tour in Tokyo, maybe even all of Japan. Suemi was super helpful with getting to the meeting location and making sure that all of us (3 total) had an amazing time. We left the tour wanting to book with her again immediately. The places that we went to eat were phenomenal with the most authentic Japanese cuisine and experiences. If you’re looking for a great evening, don’t book this. If you’re looking for the best night of your life, BOOK THIS!
