280 Shibokusa - A small garden near the entrance to Oshino Hakkai. There is no reception desk, so visitors pay the 200 yen admission fee by placing it in the box in front of the gate.
The garden, featuring a pond, is planted with flowers such as moss phlox, pine trees, and maple trees, which are carefully tended and change color with the seasons, delighting visitors. The trees are tall, but Mount Fuji can be seen clearly from the top.

The location and hours may vary, with the 5th Station location in Narusawa-mura generally open during the climbing season.
- Waku Pond - This pond is one of the ponds that make up Oshino Hakkai Springs, designated a Natural Monument, selected for inclusion in the Japanese Top 100 Famous Water list, and included in the Fujisan World Heritage listing. The pond’s source is underground spring water from Mt. Fuji. The fifth of Oshino Hakkai Springs’ sacred ponds, it is the most easily accessible and is located along a road across from several souvenir shops.

- To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable visit, we recommend bringing a jacket or coat, as the weather at Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station can be quite cold.
- Please note that visibility of Mount Fuji may not be guaranteed, depending on the weather conditions.
- This tour will operate rain or shine, with cancellations only occurring in extreme weather conditions, such as typhoons. We recommend checking the weather forecast independently in advance, as any changes or cancellations will follow our policy.
- Tour schedules may be subject to minor time changes or adjustments without prior notice due to weather, road traffic conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Please be aware that there may be shorter itinerary times or delays in returning to the designated location.
- Please understand that depending on the number of participants, commentary may be provided in both English and Chinese on the same bus.
- The only available drop-off location is Shinjuku Station West Exit area.
- The tour may be canceled if the minimum group size of 10 people is not reached. Customers will be notified approximately 3 to 4 days before the departure date in such cases.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before departure at your selected meeting point, as your assigned bus & guide will be based on that specific location. The guide has a list of participants for each bus & may not be able to accommodate guests who arrive at a different meeting point. Late arrival or arrival at the wrong location will result in missing the tour, & refunds won’t be issued. If you’d like to change your meeting point or are unsure about the meeting point, please notify us at least 2 days before departure for assistance.
- Please adhere to the scheduled time, as we cannot accommodate delays or wait for any reason. The tour will depart promptly as scheduled to respect everyone’s time. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or arrivals at the wrong location, even if contact is made prior to departure.
- In case of severe traffic due to holidays or adverse weather conditions, some planned attractions may be omitted without refunds. We recommend guests check their travel dates carefully in advance.

- Regarding luggage, we allow one piece of luggage per person during the excursion. Please also ensure that the luggage is manageable and fits comfortably within our vehicle. (The maximum size for luggage stored in the trunk should not exceed a total of 155cm- combined height, width, and depth.) Please also be aware that any items stored in the trunk will not be accessible in between stops on the tour, so keep all valuables with you.
