Great views of Mt Fuji - Christy was an excellent tour guide and the driver was fast. The company was called gogo day, and I think at least the majority of their tour guides are tri-lingual in Chinese, Japanese, and English. Christy did the tour pretty much all in English. We visited 3 sites, Kogamasao Memorial Park by Lake Kawaguchi, Arakurayama Sengen Park, and Lake Yamanakako (with a boat ride). There was also an option to goto a hot spring Onsen. All were lovely and had great views of Mt Fuji. The tour description did not match exactly the online description so be aware (a 1 day trip really only had time for 3 stops). Lunch and the Onsen or boat ride cost extra and you needed cash (website was clear that lunch and onsen you needed money). Lunch was average (pick a cheaper option for best value), however the speed was excellent (and ensured we spent more time sightseeing). Each stop was like 45 minutes, so a bit short, please keep that in mind. To go up to the observatory at Arakurayama Sengen Park we had to get a taxi to catch up to the tour bus (about 6000 yen). Tour ran all day. The booking was confusing, the email did say they tour guide would provide information the day before, it was more like night before (about 9pm). This was because the tour guide wasn't free until then (she was doing a tour that day as is). This caused some anxiety due to the late information, however I think you just need to be prepared for that. I would recommend, it was a really nice day trip. Check Mt Fuji forecast if you want to actually see it. Thank you Christy! (And the driver too)

The Fuji was beautiful - Laner was a great tour leader, she was attentive and patient, very pleasant and warm and made this day really good. I would say that it wasn’t clear in advance that we can’t go into the onsen because of the tatous.
