Here’s our itinerary:

10:00: We convene at our designated meeting spot
10:00-11:00: We embark on our train ride to the sake brewery
11:30-12:00: I will conduct a private tour within the venerable sake brewery
12:00-13:00: We proceed to the brewery’s outdoor seating area for a session of sake tasting
13:00-15:00: You have the option to continue enjoying sake, explore the surrounding scenic nature, or relax at the on-site café
15:00-16:00: We return to our original meeting location

Additionally, the tasting venue is surrounded by lush natural scenery, offering a glimpse into Tokyo’s rural charm.

In this tour, I’ll show you around a private sake brewery that has a 300-year old history. As it’s the largest and oldest brewery in Tokyo, you’ll get to immerse yourself in the ancient traditions of sake production as well as the cultural context surrounding it.

Once you’ve soaked up the history and culture, we’ll head to the Sake brewery’s patio for a Sake-tasting and Sake-pairing session. This will deepen your insight into the full enjoyment of Sake, from the initial taste to the finish. Beyond just tasting, you’ll also learn the art of matching different sakes with food - knowledge that’s bound to impress your friends back home!

To add to the experience, we can also take a hike in the stunning nature surrounding the sake brewery, giving you a taste of Tokyo’s countryside.
