Plenty of dolphins! - A day trip to Wasini is almost guaranteed to see dolphins swimming in their natural habitat near Wasini island. Excellent snorkelling on the marina park reef. Well worth a visit.

Amazing Experience - I’ve enjoyed the trip very much.I’m very pleased with the whole experience. The whole crew was very friendly, caring, and hardworking. They are extremely polite and amusing. Our guide tried to explain everything about the tour in great details. The food was really tasty and I enjoyed the local cuisine very much. Our driver is really nice and genuine. I didn’t feel scared even though it was a long distance from our hotel to our destination. I don’t have any negative feedback. I’d certainly come back again for a visit and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Very Exciting - This was a very exhilarating trip. The kids loved it, the dolphin show and snorkeling was very exciting and the overall boat ride was truly an enjoyable experience. Our guide Reuben was extremely helpful with the kids and ensured our safety and comfort throughout the excursion even ensuring we went to a better restaurant. He arrived on time in comfortable transportation too. The boat companies need to be a bit more organized with take off preparations. Otherwise everything was perfect

Avoid at all costs. Total scam. What was provided was far from what was promised. - Avoid at all costs. Total scam. I can’t believe any their tours have 5 star reviews. We took their Wasini Dolphin Day Trip. We have been on a ton of tours (including boat+snorkeling) over the last few years but this was the absolute worst by a wide margin (videos below). I regret not using an alternative instead (for about the same price) as suggested by a local friend. There were so many issues with the tour. 1. The tour promised was a personalized one with a max of 20 passengers but we found an overcrowded boat. -- We counted around 50 people on the boat. There wasn’t enough sitting room left so some guests sat on the bow or remained standing. -- The crew let in at least 5 unaccompanied local boys onto the boat. These boys sat on the roof of the boat under the scorching sun. We believe the crew was running a parallel ferry business on the side. 2. Total disregard for safety. -- There weren’t enough life jackets for all on board. -- Some of the transfer boats to/from the big boat at Wasini island had water gushing in which had to be scooped out by a bucket. There were many other transfer boats available but the tour operators were too cheap and opted for the rickety and unsafe boats. A woman with two children was terrified for her family’s safety but the tour operators dismissed her concerns and coerced her to join us in the leaking (and half sinking at this point) transfer boat. -- Two people almost drowned because of the crew’s disorganization. They were supposed to guide weak swimmers but did not. 3. Defective and insufficient snorkeling equipment. -- There weren’t enough snorkeling masks for everyone on board. -- The equipment was disgusting. The crew threw masks into a shopping bag on the floor between uses. They did not provide any single-use mouthpiece replacements so we tried to use hand sanitizer. -- My snorkel was leaky but I could not find a replacement since all had been taken. 4. Wasted 2 hours after arrival at the starting point. -- The crew were super disorganized. We were milling around for about an hour and sat on the boat for an additional hour. The crew was extremely rude when some passengers (including a pregnant lady) asked about departure time. 5. Terrible lunch + no water was provided. -- There was a big old opened bottle with water so, technically, water was provided. But no one on board touched it because we were not confident whether it was safe to drink. -- The lunch provided was in a crowded food stall with insufficient seating. We had to wait for seats to open up. Everything was chaotic and the food was terrible and was served in unsanitary conditions. I saw staff pass along half eaten dishes to other unsuspecting customers. Disgusting.
