• We will search for whales for a maximum of 3 hours. The tour may be shorter if they are spotted early, allowing for 1 hour of observation.
• Whales are wild animals, and sightings are not guaranteed. (ONLY from 1 Feb 2025 to 15 March 2025, you may receive a refund or have another chance to board if no whales are found.) Even if only 1 or 2 guests spot a whale or just its blow, the tour is considered successful, and no refund will be issued. By booking, you agree to these terms.

• “NAHA departure” option, all pick-up places are available except “Hamagawa fishing port”
• Chatan “Hamagawa fishing port” pick-up place only available for “Chatan departure” option
• On Sundays, as Kokusai Street becomes a pedestrian zone, pick-up locations may change.

• From Feb 1 to Mar 15, 2025, a refund or reboarding is offered only if no whales are seen.
• Pick-up (first come, first served, If seats full or booked after 15:00 prior day, may be declined.)
• If 1–2 guests spot a whale or blow, the tour is successful. Booking means you accept these terms.

Departures are available from Naha or Chatan. To ensure departure from Chatan, select the “Chatan departure” option and Hamagawa pick-up.

• If any of the above conditions are observed on the day of the tour, we may refuse your boarding without a refund.
