Fantastic, wish it could have been longer - Great experience! The music was beautifully performed and we got to learn about the instruments and the music they were playing. I would pay more for a longer show so they could play longer pieces, if they ever did that.

A pleasure for the ears but also for the eyes - Superb experience. In addition to playing very beautiful pieces with different instruments, we also receive explanations on the history and functioning of these instruments. It is also very appreciable to see these wonderful musicians master their instruments so well.

brilliant! - this is a terrific chamber concert! you sit close to musicians and listening a mixed traditional Japanese music and covers modern songs.(Nirvana and Marry Christmas Mr . Laurence đź’” in my heart for ever) Atmosphere is so warm and friendly, and i wanted dancing, but the hall was full. it's a magical experience! Also you can see instruments and talking with musicians in a break. The concert host and musicians talk about instruments, music and other things in 2 languages - English and Japanese. I want to visit this show in my next time in Japan. If you will be in Tokyo, this show is must listen!

Beautiful Cultural Experience - This was a wonderful evening. The musicians are very talented and played a number of pieces, including an interpretation of a modern song which was good fun! The musicians also explained about their instruments which was interesting and the translator was excellent. Their traditional clothing was also beautiful. I would thoroughly recommend this. It was a wonderful experience for myself and my husband as part of our honeymoon.

MUST see. Unique experience. - I was looking for a cultural experience while planning for my family trip and decided to see Zakuro show based on excellent reviews. The show won our hearts. They were able to recreate through their instruments and voice the uniqueness of traditional Japanese music. Each piece was played elaborately and beautifully. The selection of the pieces was well-thought. I believe that anyone listening who had never shown any interest in Japanese instrumental music would most likely change their minds after the show. They gave a very impressive performance. The most moving and captivation feature of the show are interactions and setting that allows to fully immerse yourself into a world of traditional music. Each piece flowed and moved every listener in the hall. The entire show was very riveting and enjoyable. I am sure that every person who attended the performance will be looking forward to an opportunity to see it again. I definitely do!

Worst show ever, you must read before you go - Worst show ever, waste of time You pay for a 1 hour traditional music, but instead, you get a 15 minutes music and 45 minutes explaining about the instruments And the music itself 1/3 traditional and 2/3 were covers A complete waste of time and money
