Just do it yourself! - Experience started out not so good. Guide changed meeting place at last minute due to weather. The new meeting spot was located in a very busy area and not well defined. When we finally met up with her we had to wait another 30 minutes or so until she decided the other participants were a no show. Leaving late, we missed the main train to Karmakura and had to take a local train which she wasn't sure about. When arriving at Kamakura, the guide seemed last and we had to basically direct her many times. She read from a paper on what to due next, which made us wonder if she had ever been to the temples. The tour description indicated that we would be given a map in order to explore after the tour guide left. No map was provided. We were also told that the train ticket would get us back to Tokyo. When we arrived back, the tickets were not valid. The only saving grace is that the temples of Kamakura were beautiful. Suggest going on your own instead of booking here.
