We’re bringing you on a casual sidewalk stroll in Shediac’s downtown. In addition to the important historical buildings, we’ll talk about Shediac pioneers you may not know about. Our leading industries from today and from the past will also be presented in a creative and captivating way. Shediac is much more than beaches - Shediac is much more than beaches! We had a wonderful tour with Jonathan - despite the wet weather - we enjoyed our tour of the city with interesting facts being given about the history of Shediac. A very nice way to spend an afternoon. The food & beverages were very good at all 4 restaurants visited - only wish that each restaurant has been better prepared for our group as regards to seating which was a reflection on the restaurants themselves and not Viva Shediac.

Unique history tour. - A great relaxing stroll of downtown Shediac while learning more of this town's unique history. The food was a great sample of what the local restaurant offer, in this case, La Gare, Moque Tortue and Adorable Chocolate.

AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS - What a great time. Food was amazing. Best Mussels I’ve ever had, bacon wrapped scallops, Fricot (Google it and try it), and ending with some delicious chocolates.
Karine was amazing and showed us why she loved Shediac.

The Strolling and Tasting Tour was amazing ! It was fun to learn about the history of the town and we’ll be back to all the great restaurants you introduced us too as well as Adorable Chocolat ! .. and we’ll be booking your other tours !! A wonderful way to spend a summer afternoon! Thanks again !!

Unfortunate experience. - The beginning of the tour was an utter disaster. A group of drunk men at the bar made it impossible to clearly hear anything the guide said. Their language was consistently obscene and this orientation should have been moved or they shoujd have bern asked to leave. . One would think a foodie tour woukd include a welcome and brief message from the chef at each stop but this did not occur. The young man who conducted the tour was personable and fluent in both french and english but spent too much time on his personal circumstances rather than the insights that should have been offered by a more experienced guide. It was also surprising the guide disappeared at each stop while we consumed our food and drink with no elaboration. We were only warmly welcomed briefly at one stop. Strange way to market an establishment. He will be an excellent guide with more experience and proper training. Really could have done this entire tour on our own. Not up to Viator quality we expect.

Mix up on dates. - We drove 2 1/2 hours to stay in Shediac just for this food tour. There was an error on their side and there was no tour. I can't judge food I haven't had. I am suppose to get a full refund . If I do I might give it another chance but not this year.
