AWESOME Customer Service - My guides in Cairo [Nagy] was AWESOME! He's a history professor so he gave us a pre & post test that kept us engaged during the tour. We did it ALL; we took a boat ride on the Nile, had a traditional lunch, camel ride was nice & photos were incredible!!! He even arranged for us to get customized cartouche.
