Fantastic day with a great guide ! - After booking the trip we were contacted by Mostaf. He updated us about pick up times etc . He responded quickly about any information we needed . Thank you Mostaf . Our guide at Ciaro was called Micheal. He also had a really nice driver. They were waiting for us at the airport .Me and my partner were driven to the pyramids, camels , Sphinx , perfume place , paper place , lunch, museum and a boat on the Nile .Micheal gave us lots of details about Egypt’s history, Tutankhamen etc . He was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly . We were looked after very well and kept well informed of the schedule and entrance fees . He took brilliant photos of us at the pyramids and other places too . Thank you Michael for the best day ever . We recommend this trip . We got so much done in a day because of Micheal’s schedule and knowledge of Ciaro . A day to remember for ever !!! Top tip we went inside the pyramid , we paid a bit extra but well worth it , so glad we did !

Good trip - Staff was nice and knowledgeable. Would recommend going on a Friday so as to avoid traffic. We didn't have any Egyptian pounds and the tour guide was able to cover us and we repaid in the back end. Super convenient.

Good organization with great guide - The highlight of our tour was with no doubt our guide: extremely professional and kind, who made our time in Cairo very pleasant The trip in general is well organized, with transportation organized directly from the company The only thing I would change is the place for lunch as, despite being in a nice location in the Nile, has mediocre food

We toured, we ate, we rode a camel... - Not only was our tour guide great but the booking agent Mostafa was AMAZING! We decided to extend and travel to Luxor and he was able to coordinate our hotel, transportation, flight and guide in Luxor too! Our guide in Cairo made the most of our day in CAIRO. He is a history professor and was able to answer ALL of our questions related to the Egyptian culture, economy and religion. Our lunch option was tradition and delicious. We went back to Sharm looking for grilled chicken and hummus. We found it btw at ElMsreen! Camel ride was worth it and provided GREAT photo opportunities!

Awesome Day trip to Cairo - My trip with my family from Sharm El Sheikh to Cairo and visiting the ancient Egyptian pyramids is one of the seven wonders of the world. The guide explained to us a lot about this civilization. We were surprised when we entered the pyramids. It was a beautiful experience in my life, and I hope to repeat my journey with you.

Fastest way to get to Pyramids from Sharm El Sheikh - We specifically came to Egypt to visit the pyramids and Sphinx. We stayed in Sharm el Sheikh so we booked this tour with flight. We only had a few days and the day we had booked, we were informed that the flight got cancelled. As you can imagine we were disappointed but thanks to Mostafa A he found us another charter flight and the tour still happened! He was very helpful and even called to make sure our day was going good. That is nice customer service! The price of the tour was around $275 usd per person. However tickets to sites were not included. This actually costs another $200 usd and you need cash plus tip money. We weren’t too impressed with our guide and his backwards religious mentality. Cairo is a busy, filthy city - as long as you are aware, you know what to expect from the day. We chose to go to new museum and it was fantastic. The Royal Mummies Hall was a spectacular site! I definitely recommend visiting if you are in Cairo. Next was a quaint sail boat trip on the Nile. It was quiet and enjoyable. Then we stopped for lunch- I would have rather paid extra and ate where I wanted to somewhere along the Nile, instead, we were forced to go to some busy buffet right beside Giza. It didn’t appear clean and there was little choice for someone like me who has food allergies. They didn’t understand “gluten free” even with my Arabic card saying so. There was only a few selections to choose from and again buffet style…. I don’t think that is a smart idea especially with Covid still a problem in the world. After lunch, we went to pyramids/Giza complex. It is crowded with tourists and trash everywhere. It’s disappointing that the area is so dirty. Stray animals are all around. We paid to go down inside the pyramid chamber to explore a tomb and that was worth it as long as you aren’t claustrophobic. It’s impossible to get pictures or videos without a ton of people in them walking by. However, the massive scale of the pyramids is impressive. Next we went to a papyrus shop which was a total tourist trap and the workers were very pushy and would follow us everywhere we went. The papyrus was cheesy and looked fake and was crazy expensive although they basically cut prices by 60% as we were walking out. We told our guide we didn’t like aggressive type of sales but he took us next to a gold store that was the exact same way! The souvenirs looked like they should be sold at a gas station. The jewelry was super overpriced. We couldn’t walk around unbothered and again were harassed by sales people until we just walked out of store. Then our guide tried to make us to go another jewelry store and perfume store but we said no. Come to find out guides get commission if you buy from these shady stores they take you to. At that point we just wanted to go back and sit at airport rather than be tormented by sales people. The day was super long. We left at 4:30am and didn’t make it home until midnight. I’m not sure I would do that again but I never felt unsafe or lost. The guide made sure to always tell us where to go and we never waited long in a line. I will say I’m not sure why he would tell the guards we were either French or Canadian as if to hide the fact we were American? Seemed odd but we accomplished what we wanted to see mummies, Nile, pyramids, and Sphinx all in one day!
