Terrible. They never came looking for me - LOUSY. They never came looking for me. A disgrace. I don't recommend it at all. I was waiting from 5 a.m. until 7.

Bad. Really bad. Aburdly bad. Almost comically bad. - This might be my first truly negative review ever, so I don't write this lightly. The trip was terribly disappointing from start to finish. Our scheduled pickup time was aorund 10:30am. When our driver finally arrived, it was almost 1pm. I've lived in several countries and am well familiar with "tropical time", but this is far outside the norm in Brazil. I could understand some delay in picking up other passengers, but there were only 2 other people in the van when it arrived. We spent more time winding our way through the streets of Rio's Zona Sul, picking up more passengers. The van was uncomfortable, with a bad suspension, and loose parts rattling underneath. About an hour later, we pulled over on the side of the highway, near the airport. The driver told us to get out, and to board the larger bus stopped in front of us. The bus was already almost full, and claustrophobically hot and stuffy. The AC barely worked. Part way through the trip, the bus came to a complete stop, whether because of traffic or mechanical problems, no one knows, there was no explanation given. When finally arrived at the town with the boat transfer, we had to wait again while a transfer agent went through a list of people that had not yet paid in full. Apparently they had booked with another company that did not include the boat up front. The agent wanted cash payment, but was not prepared to make change, and the whole process was slow, confusing, and chaotic. We finally made our way to the boat dock, where we were told the boat could take 15 people (there were close to 50 of us). The rest of us would have to wait over an hour for the bigger boat. When the passengers became angry and protested, the agent scrambled to find another boat that could take another 15 people. My friend and I managed to get on that 2nd boat. The boat ride was great, but we did get wet from the spray. This does not happen on the larger boats that the company is supposed to use . . . Ilha Grande is fantastic, this transfer company is not. I recommend just using the regular Costa Verde bus (cheaper, more punctual and professional), or hiring a private car or an Uber. It may make a funny story some day, but there are better ways to get to the island, don't make the same mistake!

Don't use this company - it's neither fast nor comfortable - Over 2 hour delay due to bus not knowing where to park to get us on a boat at 11:00, hence we needed to wait until next boat at 1:30 pm... For 2.5 hours we were left alone in a bar, without air conditioning, functioning toilet nor any sort of information. A few people just decided to take another boat company instead of waiting... (yes, boats were available, but this company didn't want to pay extra to get us to our destination timely). Let's add that the journey started around 7 am in the morning and we got to Ilha Grande at 2 pm... 7 hours - trust me, it would be 5 times cheaper and the same time to organize it ourselves from the bus station on Rio... Just see all the bad reviews and don't pick this company unless you want to waste time and money

WORST SERVICE EVER! - The company called us more than 2h after the agreed time. A trip that was supposed to last 3 hours took over 5 hours. Super poorly educated employees who abused clients. I've never seen such arrogance on the part of a company that provides a service

DO NOT RESERVE! HORRIBLE SERVICE! - We booked a transfer for 2 couples and a baby that was not made. They forgot the transfer, it seems they only remembered because the day I had marked I was sending a message, they sent a car that arrived two hours after the combined. When the car arrived, he said he couldn't carry because he had a baby and he didn't have a chair. We imagined that they would take or in the case of not having availability, warn that we would take, without problems. But the communication is so bad and the attendees have so bad will that it is even difficult to explain. There's no way not to lose patience. I know it's a time of high demand, but it's your job: so prepare to meet the people who hire the service decently. After all, the experience was bad, we ended up staying on the street with the child because he had already delivered the apartment and had to look for a way to get to the island at the last minute. The WhatsApp service is awful, they say that they do not answer calls but also do not respond to messages constantly. We tried to organize ourselves by hiring back and forth, but I deeply regretted it. I ordered the reversal and I'm waiting.

Delays, disorganization and old boats - They're super disorganized. Both on the go and on the return they were late. Change the combined. On the first ride an old car picked us up and we had to change and board a van at the airport. Then we arrived and we were waiting for more than 1 hour the boat to large island. On the return, instead of van, as agreed, we had to go by bus, that is, with more stops and the bus can not enter all the streets, need to leave people about 10 minutes from their accommodation. The boat and the receptive they make with the Vila Nova Tour that the services are bad. The boats are old, the shields are torn and are not trapped, which makes the people and luggage super wet. Your pilot Zé is a very rude person, always screaming and whining, including the crew of other boats nearby. That leaves much to be desired.

Don't hire them. - They left us waiting hours at the airport. The attention on WhatsApp is very bad. The return from big island to Ipanema was the same. Terrible. I don't recommend it and less if you're with the right times and days. We were wasted a full day in river. They don't give you explanations of anything

Horrific, disrespectful, opportunistic and unlawful treatment of customers - Well it was because of your misrepresentations and completely inexcusable practices . I booked a trip to the big island for two weeks it’s a pick up time of 8:30 am from Copacabana to Jicarei . Night before - I was contacted and informed that the pick up time was going to be 10:30. That’s not acceptable - further the bus had yet to make another stop at the airport and would not be living Rio until 11:30.
This is wrong, deceptive and violated the agreed and advertised service you provide .
Instead of apologies and finding alternative solutions- your agent here in Brasil chose to insult me with explanations that it was all within your prerogative and practice to waist and disrespect your customers time for the sake of being an opportunist and inconvenience your customers because of greed and malpractice.
I had to cancel the trip and take Uber . Because of the last minute notice , it could not get reimbursement as I was outside of the 24 hours required .
This is BAD. One you should not provide this inconvenience and incompetent service and at minimum you should notify the customers of such change before the 24 hour deadline .
Please pay me back for the one you any trip from Rio to Jacare and stop this violation .
If I don’t get reimbursed- I will continue to write bad reviews which will cost you
