The collection time differs based on each client’s location, hence we will get in touch with you two days prior to your ride to learn about your hotel and assign a specific time for your group transfer. On the transfer day, ensure you are at the reception at least 10 minutes prior to your pick-up time. Note that there might a slight discrepancy in pick-up time, therefore timely presence is appreciated. If you fail to be there when our van arrives, we can’t wait for more than 5 minutes. This service includes a single stop for 10 minutes for any requirements. Our driver will notify you a few minutes before reaching your new destination so you can be prepared.
