Our driver will meet you at the hotel at the time you booked. He will be in uniform and will ask for your name at the front desk according to the official departure schedule.

We will inform you of the specific pickup time the day before, but please note that it may vary by a few minutes. Therefore, it is important to be ready at the front desk about 10 minutes before the scheduled time. We will first pick up guests from hotels located in the higher areas of the town, and then proceed through the town center.

The trip will involve a combination of land and boat travel. For instance, traveling from Arenal to Santa Teresa will take approximately 6 hours. We will first drop off guests staying near the Arenal Volcano National Park, then those around La Fortuna Waterfall, and finally, the last drop-off points will be in the city center.
