No need to book any other shuttle company than Karmel Shuttle Services. - From the time of our arrival from Australia into LAX our party of five cannot speak but very highly of all of the Karmel Shuttle drivers we have used thus far. We have utilised them four times now & their service has been excellent without fault. KS have been prompt, their drivers professional, their driving safe & their service delivery (loading & unloading) is managed carefully. We still have a further booking with KS & have no reservations whatsoever recommending them to others requiring their services.

Excellent service! - Excellent service! Booked it twice (on arrival and departure) and will do again when in LA; highly recommend it. Good tracking flight & message with pick up location when ready with luggage/boarder control clearance. Easy online booking system. Outstanding Costumer service by email: prompt replies and efficient. Extremely satisfied!

Cheryl - Went with Karmel shuttle! Very good shuttle service, friendly people and helpful! Waited for us patiently at the airport while we went through customs! I called their number and they called out my name so I knew where to go! Great crew!

I’d take this shuttle again - Not to bad it got me from pony A to point B. It’s a down fall that they don’t share the ride with people who are all going to the same place but that’s the only down fall.

Quick and easy transportation to Disneyland area from LAX and back - We used the Karmel Shuttle going from LAX to Anaheim and it was very quick and painless. The shuttle on the way to Anaheim could have used better air conditioning, but it was 36C (97F) that day! Once we collected our luggage, I was able to contact dispatch and the vehicle was there within 10-15 minutes. Waiting for our return shuttle to the airport from Anaheim was a bit more nerve wracking as I only realized at the pickup time that I was supposed to have responded to a text to confirm. I needn't have worried as they showed up a few minutes later while I was on the phone to Karmel dispatch, who assured me that they were on their way. Even though it seemed like we were being picked up quite early, trust their judgement on the travel time required as you may need extra time getting through traffic or security like we did.

We did Round Trip from LAX to Anaheim and back - It was ok, upon arrival we didn't wait long, but there were others who did so we must have lucked out! - the first driver helped us load our luggage and seemed to care about our belongings, giving some thought into who was out first and how he arranged the bags. The return driver could care less about helping us with our bags, in fact he stood up and watched my mother try to get her suitcase in the back struggling. I ended up loading our bags myself. He then picked up another family (so the van is now full) and he did load their bags, but all on top of ours, so when we were all getting out, he had them falling all over the place. I wouldn't bother to use these guys again, there are more selections in the area!

Worst experience ever - Everthing was fine booking and contacting them at LAX...And then came the pick up. The shuttle was long in coming. Another driver contacted the driver and gave him our location. Driver of our shuttle then drove right past and stopped down the way. I called and mentioned this. Dispatch said I should have jumped out and stopped him! After a bit I got them to pick us up....Driver not happy and did not speak to us let alone apologize.
