Kili Lemosho plus Safari 2 Tage - We had an amazing and very well organized experience combining Kilimanjaro, safari and Zanzibar. The Kilimanjaro climb was professionally prepared from start to finish. The guides were experienced, supportive and always focused on safety and good acclimatization. The pace was well adjusted and the team constantly checked how we were feeling. The crew was incredibly friendly and motivating – you really feel taken care of the whole time. Food during the trek was surprisingly very good and varied, which makes a big difference during such a challenge. Reaching the summit was an unforgettable moment and everything was organized exactly as promised. The safari was also perfectly arranged. We visited several national parks and saw an incredible number of animals, including lions, elephants, giraffes and many more. The guide had great knowledge and always tried to give us the best possible experience. Lodges were comfortable, clean and located in beautiful surroundings. Zanzibar was a perfect ending of the trip – beautiful beaches, warm ocean and great atmosphere. Everything was well coordinated, transfers were on time and the accommodation was very good. Overall the whole trip was very smooth, well planned and stress-free. Communication before and during the trip was quick and reliable. We always felt supported and everything worked exactly as expected. We can fully recommend this experience to anyone planning Kilimanjaro and safari. A great adventure and unforgettable memories.

Kilimanjaro Lemosho Route with African Trek & Travel Guide Sebastian - Sebastian with African Trek & Travel was an excellent guide every step of the way on my Kilimanjaro journey. He was incredibly thorough and punctual with his responses when I first reached out looking to book the trip. As the dates got closer, he stayed in touch to finalize details and make sure everything was in place. Pick-up from the airport, arranging transportation, helping with any last-minute gear needs, and coordinating the start of the trip were all handled smoothly and made the whole process very easy. Once we started the trek, Sebastian and the team were incredibly reliable and eager to support in any way possible. The campsites and meals were good, plans and expectations were clear, and everything moved along well. We actually adjusted the trek to six days mid-trip, and I really appreciated that Sebastian and the team had the flexibility to make that work. Even when some things didn’t go according to plan and health issues came up, Sebastian was there to support every step of the way and help make sure everything was handled properly. If anyone were to ever ask me who they should go up Kilimanjaro with, I would direct them to Sebastian with complete confidence that they are in the best hands for this incredible adventure.

Amazing experience - This team is amazing. We had an incredible 7 day climb up Kilimanjaro with an amazing team. Everything was perfectly organised, nothing was too much trouble and all we had to think about was putting one foot in front of the other. I highly recommend African Trek & Travel.

The adventure of a lifetime - Just got back from summiting Kilimanjaro via the 8 days Lemosho route with African Trek and Trevel， and WOW — what an amazing team! From start to finish, everything was incredibly well-organized, but the real stars were the people. Our guides, Sebastian, Florence, William were not only super professional and genuinely caring. They kept a close eye on all of us, constantly cheered us on with their famous "Pole Pole" (slowly, slowly), and made sure we were safe and happy every step of the way. The whole crew — guides, porters, the chef — were absolutely lovely. They worked so hard but always had smiles on their faces. Their positive energy was contagious and really kept our spirits high. Now, summit night... that was something else! It was freezing and brutal, but our guides were absolute heroes. They checked on us non-stop, offered endless encouragement, and practically willed us up that mountain. When I felt like giving up, they were right there, helping me take that next step. Reaching Uhuru Peak was a dream come true, and sharing that moment with them was priceless. I truly believe we only made it because of their incredible support and care. If you're thinking about climbing Kili, do yourself a favor and book with these guys. You won't regret it!

Kilimanjaro Climbing 8 Days experience - An unforgettable experience on the 8-day Lemosho Route! From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organized, and doing it with a group made the journey even more special. The guides were professional, knowledgeable, and always supportive, keeping us motivated and safe every step of the way. The crew went above and beyond with great meals, constant encouragement, and positive energy throughout the trek. The Lemosho route itself was stunning, with breathtaking scenery and excellent acclimatization, which really helped with summit success. Sharing this adventure with an amazing group created memories and friendships that will last a lifetime. I couldn’t have asked for a better Kilimanjaro experience. Highly recommended!

An unforgettable Kilimanjaro summit experience, highlighted by witnessing the first sunrise of 2026 at the peak - We made it to the summit, and it was truly an amazing trekking and climbing experience. Standing on the top of Mount Kilimanjaro and witnessing the first sunrise of 2026 was an unforgettable moment. Special thanks to the professional team led by Sebastian, the director of African Trek and Travel. Their expertise, support, and organization made this journey safe and memorable from start to finish. The Lemosho Route offers breathtaking views throughout the trek and is something you absolutely should not miss. This journey will remain a once-in-a-lifetime memory for us. Seeing how passionate the guides are about the mountain really touched me. Their love for Kilimanjaro gave me a deep sense of trust and made me feel that they were exactly the right people to choose for this journey. Trekking with them felt meaningful, safe, and truly special.

An unforgettable Kilimanjaro climb - perfectly organised, warmly supported and simply fantastic all round! - We (father and daughter) were very lucky to climb Kilimanjaro with African Trek and Travel - and I can say that it was an absolutely fantastic and unforgettable experience from start to finish! Even before the actual tour, everything was excellently organised: communication was clear and reliable, all questions were answered quickly and you always had the feeling that you were in the best hands. This was only confirmed on site - from the pick-up at the airport to the accommodation and the actual climb, everything was perfectly thought out and smoothly organised. The entire team was incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming. Every single person - from the cook to the porters to the guides - contributed with a smile to making us feel comfortable and welcome at all times. I would particularly like to emphasise our two guides, Sebastian and Valence. They were not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but also incredibly caring and motivating. They always made sure that we were doing well, that we were drinking enough, eating enough and adapting to the pace. With a lot of patience, humour and empathy, they guided us step by step to the summit. The comfort provided by the team was absolutely amazing. For example, there were hot water bottles in the evenings - things that made the hike a lot easier for us. The food during the tour was also excellent - varied, fresh and surprisingly tasty for the conditions at high altitude. You could tell how much love and organisational talent went into the work behind the scenes. Thanks to this dedicated and professional team, we were able to reach the summit safely and happily - a moment I will never forget. This experience was not only a physical challenge, but also a journey full of humanity, team spirit and gratitude. Especially in comparison to other tour providers that we observed during our hike, I can highly recommend African Trek and Travel. If you want to climb Kilimanjaro, you are in the best hands here - well organised, safely accompanied and with a lot of heart! A company that really looks after the individual personally and where you feel safe and in good hands.

An unforgettable adventure - We went on two amazing treks with African Trek & Travel (4 days on Mount Meru and 7 days on Kilimanjaro via the Lemosho route) and both were unforgettable experiences. From the very beginning, the team was fantastic. They made what could have been tough climbs feel a lot more manageable and even enjoyable. Everything was super well organized, from the trekking itself to the transfers, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders. What really stood out was the warmth and spirit of everyone involved. Sebastian was incredible (kind and genuine person who made a big difference). Along with him, Emmanuel (who helped guide us), another Emmanuel (who took care of us at meal times), Kessy (our cooker), and the rest of the group created a really friendly and supportive environment. They were always watching out for our safety and wellbeing, which let us focus on soaking in the stunning views and the thrill of the climbs. Thanks to this amazing crew, we achieved our dream of reaching the rooftop of Africa! A memory that will stay with us forever. We can’t recommend African Trek & Travel enough. If you want more than just a hike, if you want an adventure filled with good vibes, laughter, and real human connection, this is the team to choose.

Human and physical adventure to the top... to the top of Kilimandjaro - Outstanding expérience thanks to Sebastian and all his team. Sebastian has taken care of us all the time, from the airport to the top of Kili. It has been a fantastic human expérience, lot of fun, lot of emotion too, and at the end the pleasure of sharing the sumit all together...thanks to the dream team.
