BOOK IT NOW! - This tour was incredible and Cathy was super great! I was in China for a business trip and last minute had some personal time. It's difficult to get around China without a Chinese speaker so I looked for a tour and found Jenny's tours. In less than 24 hours, I was assigned a guide. It was very reasonably priced also for a solo trip. It helped a lot also that Cathy's English was VERY good. She was very friendly and knew so much of the history! Cathy helped me and encouraged me when buying souvenirs and got us really good food. She was also very willing to take all my pictures for me lol. I was very happy with this and would HIGHLY recommend booking with Jenny!

Unforgettable water town tour - Nora is one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had. We visited the beautiful Zhujiajiao town, and I learnt about its history, culture and people. We bought local delicacies. Nora was very knowledgeable, and adapted the tour to suit my interests. She spoke excellent English. I enjoyed watching her bargain with the locals. I was fortunate I got Nora as my guide, so thank you for making it a memorable tour.

Enjoyable - Zhujiajiao is definitely worth going . Lovely old water town n old streets filled with local snacks . Apple, our guide made a difference to our experience! . Besides sharing in-depth information on the history of the water town, she took us to the best rice dumpling store and also Introduced us to some delicious local snacks n even Bargained on our behalf with local shop owners . Fantastic Private Tour - The flexibility of Jenny's team was unmatch. We are a busy family of four traveling as part of an expat assignment. Jenny's team put together an incredible tour for us. We had to reschedule the entire day 72 hours in advance and the team accommodated us. We also had a friendly driver and guide that showed us the amazing historical town during the extremely busy holiday week.

A beautiful day at Zhujiaojio water town - We took a half day tour with Jenny tour and our guide was Alice. She was super friendly and would go the extra mile to make you very comfortable. Alice was a great guide that feels like your close friend. She joked around with us, told stories of her family and explains very well about the places that we went to. My daughter had a massive nose bleed in the car on the way to zhujiaojiao, Alice went to buy us tissues, fruits for my daughter and even took her jacket to a laundry nearby to wash her jacket during our sightseeing. She felt like a cool aunt to my kids. And the drive to and from zhujiaojiao was very comfortable with the mini van that Jenny tour provide. The car was very clean n neat. Overall it was an unforgetable experience with Jenny private tour, I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family who are going to china!

Great trip with Claire from Jenny’s Travel to Zhujiajiao - Thanks to the flexibility and patience of Claire, my parents and 11 year old son had a very enjoyable time at Zhujiajiao. Local snacks were aplenty and Claire was able to highlight the pertinent ones that we should try. She was also able to cater to my son’s request to have hairy crab for lunch! Perfect Day - Our guide , Portia was spectacular! She shared so much of her personal experience growing up in Shanghai and offered wonderful insight and history on our tour of the ancient water city— we ate, shopped , walked the streets and took a beautiful boat ride one the canal. Great tour! - We truly enjoyed the tour and our guide Clair was professional and excellent during the whole tour. I think the tour had a perfect mix of sightseeing and cultural activities such as sampling local eats. Even as someone who speaks mandarin and have been to this water town before, I was able to try and learn new things. I highly recommend this tour! Also communications with Jenny was very easy and I can see she truly cares about each customer.

Wonderful Tour of this old Water Town City - Alice and driver were awesome! Communication before, during & after was top notch! Highly recommend. Alice engaged us with many, many interesting stories of old and current Chinese cultures.
