For P/H ( Port to Hotel)
The driver will meet you at the pick up area of arrival hall with your name tab. The free waiting time is 2 hours. Then the driver will take you to the hotel. You need to provide the pick-up name, pick-up time, name of ship and drop-off address when you book the transfer service.
For H/P ( Hotel to Port)
The driver will wait for you in hotel lobby with your name tab. You need to provide the pick-up time, pick-up name and name of ship when you book the transfer service.

• Unless otherwise stated, 1 piece of medium sized luggage is allowed per person, Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage is more than the space of the vehicle, it’s your responsibility to pay a taxi to carry your luggage.
