Wonderful day in Shanghai - My wife and I took the tour in April. The process was seamless and Jenny provided detailed communications on what to expect. We had a wonderful local guide, Joyce. She was friendly, knowledgeable and showed us the top spots in Shanghai. Great mix of cultural sites along with the requisite tourist shopping spots. Wonderful day. Highly recommended.

Wonderful family trip in Wuzhen, Suzhou and Shanghai with Grace & Jenny's Shanghai Tours - This is the second time I am using Jenny's. For this trip, I was with my mother and my 2 siblings, and we engage Jenny to organize a 3 day tour of Wuzhen, Suzhou and Shanghai.
We have the pleasure of having Grace as our guide for these 3 days. I have to say Grace was a cheerful, enthusiastic and very accommodating guide. She was a wealth of information on China's history and geography. Always smiling, she was patient with all our needs and changes. Having a 70+ senior in our group means having to pace our walking, with plenty of toilet breaks. Even with detours, Grace would be telling us stories and the background of each destination, whether it is a hotel or a busy street.
For instance, I have been to Shanghai several times and I have never entered the old HSBC building and Peace Hotel, but because we needed a break, we were glad that Grace brought us in as the buildings interior were magnificent as Grace pepper us with the history. In Suzhou, it was a Sunday and the embroidery workshop was not open, but Grace persuaded the staff to let us peek into the work area so we could see some of the remarkable work in progress.
On average, we walked more than 10,000 steps a day, even with my mum in tow. It does not feel hurried, as Grace allowed us to go at our own pace and always seemed to know where to go should we decide to skip any pre-set itinerary. She made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey, always getting the driver/car ready in advance so we need not wait a long time to go to the next spot. T
We would certainly recommend Grace highly for anyone looking to have a good time in Shanghai.

Incredible Shanghai with Cathy and Jenny - Last day in China as we head home on a 8pm flight. Jenny arranged to pick us up at our hotel mid-morning and filled our day with incredible memories with our host Cathy. We started the day with a visit to St. Ignatius Catholic Church. Designed by English architect William Doyle, and built by French Jesuits between 1906 and 1910, this cathedral is said to have once been known as "the grandest church in the Far East”…and we agree. Then off to our last temple tour of this trip…Longhua Temple is the oldest temple in Shanghai and was first built in 242 AD. Because of its destruction by the wars, most of the buildings were reconstructed during the reign of the Emperor Tongzhi and Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty. It features a unique Bell and Drum tower, multiple halls and is the largest temple in Shanghai occupying over 5 acres. This is truly a stunning temple and we had lots of time to explore. Cathy took us to lunch at the famous Jia Jia Tang Bao...they have been making handmade dumplings since 1986. No visit would be complete without a Huangpu River Cruise…day or evening. Amazing views of both the old and new Shanghai skylines and it was a gorgeous day...clear skies. We then went to Fuxing Park which is located in the former French Concession. It was once the largest park in Shanghai and laid out by the French in 1909. About 10 hectare (25 acres) in size. It features a lake, fountains, covered pavilions, and lots of flowerbeds. Early morning, the park fills with dancers, card players, mahjong enthusiasts, tai chi and artists. If you want an incredible experience in Shanghai that starts from the booking all the way through execution, go with Jenny's Shanghai Tours.

Amazing day tour! - We only had one day in Shanghai but Peggy, our private tour guide, made it super special. We booked a private day tour with Jenny's Shanghai tours to make the most out of our transit so we wouldn't be strapped down by a group. Just to name a few things, we saw the Yu Garden, the Jade Buddha temple, the historic town, the bund as well as the new financial district with the highest building and did a ferry ride on the river. We had a tea ceremony and got to try local dumplings. Peggy was amazing, she was very very helpful (specifically since we had to do arrangements for our further travel) and was a wealth of knowledge, a beautiful source of stories and anecdotes. No doubt, we would have enjoyed Shanghai a lot less without her. Highly recommended!!!

Great 12 hour stopover tour - Really great way to spend a 12 hour layover in Shanghai, especially for first timers. It was a very well organised and jam packed day, showing us the best of Shanghai before making sure we were back at the airport in time for our flight. The only thing we would have liked would be to go somewhere a little more ambient and local to eat 😊 really recommend a layover visit.

Absolute blast! Last Minute Shanghai Experience - I recently returned from my holiday, and our final stop before heading to Sydney was in Shanghai. Jenny proved to be outstanding by putting together a last-minute itinerary for me. Despite having only a 15-hour layover, she did an amazing job ensuring that we made the most of our time in Shanghai. Thanks to her efforts, we enjoyed a comprehensive private tour, with Troy as our guide throughout. Troy's expertise shone through as he took us to the finest places that Shanghai has to offer. With him at the helm, there's no room for error, you simply go with the flow and enjoy the experience. My husband and I had an absolutely delightful time, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for your tour needs! Thanks to your teaam, Well Done!
