An Awesome Experience outside of Shanghai - Alana, our travel guide was top notch and on top of everything from providing a great tour to making sure our immigration process went smoothly. China is very difficult to transit through but Alana made sure in advance that we would have no problems. This was a good thing since the cruise ship was struggling to handle this process.
Our day started with a Bullet train ride to Hangzhou then a boat ride on West;ake. Despite the light raining cold, it was very unique. After a visit to Tea Village, which most large tours are not allowed to enter, we had a fantastic lunch at the Green Tea Restaurant.
Having been in Asia for over a month already, we visited "Buda Mountain". I thought I had seen every Buda imaginable until we visited here. It was unbelievable! Not to spoil your surprise but you will visit one temple that in the rear is a work of art that can be matched to the Sistine Chapel at the Vatican.
Alana and her team provided us with one of our best tour days and were very friendly and professional with very comfortable vehicles. I have passed this company onto my friends and travel agent for others to enjoy and experience.

Very good experience - Hangzhou is one of the six capital cities of Ancient China, as well as the home of the third most important university in China. The landscape is beautiful, and its people cultivate a pleasant lifestyle. If one has the time, it is worth visiting it. I was glad I booked this tour. My tour guide, Snow, was lovely, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I enjoyed her companion. Driver service was also good. I was comfortable the whole time. I do not have any bad remarks.

Beautiful Hangzhou - My tour guide, Berlin, was so wonderful and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my tour. I was not rushed or taken anywhere where I felt I needed to buy anything. I really started to feel under the weather later in the day and my guide took me to the pharmacy and was very patient with me. I definitely recommend this tour.

Fantastic guide (Alana) and highly recommended tour! - Our guide Alana was such a wonderful and highly professional lady. She is merticulous, knowledgable and very friendly.
The itinerary was comprehensive, food was great and travel between sites seamless.

Amazing, knowledge, flexible, helpful - We arrived in Shanghai and wanted to tour the city and envierons, we were slightly weary as didn’t speak Chinese or hadn’t used public transport, we spent a day walking round doing not much, we then enquired with this tour company, this changed our holiday!! From the minute we were in contact with them, they advised, adjusted, answered questions and concerns and were just helpful in planning our day trips, they were flexible with everything, from the time of collection, to where we wanted to go, they took care of everything, we were like king and queen, they were even our private photographer! We went on the bullet train, the station alone is massive and intimidating, they took care of it all, the knowledge was second to none, and when we wanted to stop on the way back and visit some different areas and go shopping, they gladly came with us and helped us, and taught us how to bargain….if i could give it 10 stars i would!!

Amazing day in hangzhou - Queena is my tour guide for my family of 4 to Hangzhou. We love the beautiful scenery of west lake and impressive lianyin temple. The lunch in local beautiful restaurant is amazing, food are tasty. We also enjoy the tea village. The whole schedule is smooth and convenient. Great trip!!!

boat tour, tea testing , lunch with local tea farmer, hiking at the tea plantation . bullet train ride - This tour was amazing! Our guide was the best, helped us with everything and organised everything in the most time efficient way, since we had one day including travel. I highly recommend this trip also for family, my 12 year old was totally in love with the guide and this beautiful place! Best trip ever!
