For A/H (airport to hotel) Our professional driver will welcome you at the exit of the arrival hall with your Name Board. The free waiting time is 2 hours (So you have 2 hours of free waiting time after landing, so don’t worry about passing all airport border control, customs, visa check, and luggage pick-up procedures!). The pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address need to be provided.

For H/A (hotel to airport) The meeting place is in your hotel lobby. The driver will hold your Name Board and wait there at the appointed time. Usually, the pick-up time is 3.5 hours in advance for international flights and 2.5 hours in advance for domestic flights. (During peak hours and at some airports, you may need to add one hour or more to ensure you arrive on time.) The pick-up name, flight number, and airport terminals need to be provided.
