Great excursion - This was better than expected for the price, which was less expensive than what the cruise excursions would cost. Plenty of time to visit with adult and puppy dogs, and a long ride with the dogs pulling our wheeled "sled." We drove to the site, which was easy to find, but I think they do offer pickups.

Don’t miss a dog sled ride and holding puppies! - Very informative and fun riding the sled. The puppies were adorable and love my hat. They picked us up at our hotel which was needed with no transportation.

You can’t miss this! - This is a must see for anyone curious about dog sledding. The kennel was beautifully maintained and the dogs were gorgeous and so excited to meet us. Got to talk to the dog trainers and learn about about the individual dogs and play with the puppies! Lots of fun.

Snuggle & kisses from the pups! - Had a great time meeting the Alaskan huskies. We were introduced to the older dogs first & then onto the puppies. Our guide explained the dog sled & equipment. Travis took us on a fun ride through the woods on the dog sled pulled by very excited Huskies. Very informative!

The highlight of our visit to Seward - What a fun visit to Turning Heads Kennel. We first met the older dogs who were so excited to see visitors. Next we went on a dog team ride which was a real adventure. Then we returned to meet the adorable puppies. The equipment demonstration followed and was very informative and we got to try on the clothing that keeps the mushers warm. It was the highlight of our visit to Seward.

Another Great Visit - Another great visit to Turning Heads Kennel. We visited THK back in 2014 and when we planned to return to Seward this Summer, we immediately booked another visit to THK. Travis is such a great tour host and all around good person too. During our dog team ride, we asked if any of the puppies we held on our visit in 2014 might be pulling our cart. Travis knew every dog's birth year and unfortunately there were no 9 year olds on the team that run. The equipment demonstration was good and watching the dogs getting hooked up for their run is always fun. If you are planning to be in Seward, make sure to stop in at Turning Heads Kennel for a tour.
