Splurge for the 6 hour tour! - The 6 hour tour is the least amount of time you's want to go on. You need that much time to see the glaciers. We saw orca, sea lions, otter, and sea birds as well as several glaciers.

THIS BOAT CREW ROCKED!!! - The BEST captain and crew! This was our first time ever taking a boat cruise with our adult children. It was storming when we headed out on our big 6-hour adventure at sea, and we actually got into 7-foot waves, which was absolutely my worst nightmare. Captain Gary was calm, and announced he valued our safety, (as we still had to continue out to the Gulf of Alaska where there were 10-foot waves!) so he turned the boat around to head back through Resurrection Bay. I was so very thankful, as everyone else on board was, too! The staff was SO AMAZING and handed out ginger chews, crackers, Sprite, anything to keep customers happy. And they even had refunded some of our money since our tour wasn't going to be the full length. And the cherry on top? We got to stop and observe an orca and her little baby just cruising through the water and having a blast! Absolutely the highlight of my 54 years! Thank you, Captain Gary, and crew!

Amazing - My trip was at the end of September and I was lucky to have a sunny day. I spent a lot of time on deck and it was cold. Amazing experience, nice crew. Good value for money.

Must Do in Seward - This is a must-do while in Seward. We had fairly rough seas but the captain and staff were amazing and the views are breathtaking. We even saw some Orca on our way back.

Amazing Tour - I would highly reccommend this tour. The scenery is breathtaking. The captain did an outstanding job of getting us as close as possible to the glaciers and wildlife! She manovered the boat so all sides of the boat had a chance to see. She also pointed out any wildlife she spotted. We saw sea lions, seals, otters, eagles, and even a bear on a beach. The boats was clean and comfortable and all the crew tried their best to make sure you were enjoying your trip. the lunch provided was very good, and you can buy a margerita make with glacial ice. Money well spent.

Must do - We started our 3 week Alaskan roadtrip in Seward. Choosing 3 days in Sept. we had researched a lot of tours. A main concern, was seasickness prevention. Upon a recommendation from a resident I ran to the Safeway and purchosed Dramamine (start a couple of days before if you can), and chose the shorter cruise time. Six hours was plenty of time to see every animal we had the chance of seeing (even 2 Fin whales). Weather was nice first of Sept. and we got lucky and were assigned two wonderful seatmates...Gary and Chris from Virginia. We were also blessed with calm seas, photogenic animal subjects, and a wonderful commentary from our lady captain. The "mates" were all excellent and gave us good instructions regarding seasickness. Didn't have the slightest bit, all day. Lunch wasn't bad, either. (go with the roast beef). The previous day, we hiked the 8.5 mile trail up to the Harding Ice Field (another must-do). Seeing the glacier from the water was a whole different perspective. Loved this cruise...and the book Chris recommended..."Shadows of the Koyukuk"- Sydney Huntington.

Surreal Experience - The cruise was a surreal experience seeing glaciers and learning about the place and its significance. We got to see important birds in the region and a few porpoises joined us for part of out journey. Staff was very warm and friendly throughout the trip.
