Work with our chef and discover how to combine various ingredients and spices to achieve the special zest that sets Spanish food apart from the rest.

Fantastic experience - My sister and I went to the cooking class in a beautiful market in Triana. The host/chef Victoria was friendly, knowledgeable and very interesting! She explained the various stalls containing local cuisine before starting the class. We made gazpacho and paella, and we were served freshly prepared sangria and a delicious lemon sorbet ice cream. They were very accommodating (offering me non alcoholic alternatives) and relaxed. The cooking level felt appropriate for all levels and we were involved in the whole process. We ate the food at the end of the class and it was some of the best we had during our visit to Spain :)

A great experience for anyone visit Seville - My wife and I had an incredible time at the hands-on cooking class at Triana Market in Seville. Exploring the vibrant market was a fantastic start. Chef Victoria was knowledgeable and engaging, sharing tips and tricks that you won't find in cooking videos. We enjoyed some Sangria while preparing a delicious 3-course meal, including paella and a traditional spinach and chickpea tapa. The experience culminated in a delightful feast of our creations. We would highly recommended the for food enthusiasts of all levels.

Cooking class was fun!! - The cooking class was a lot of fun! Chef showed us some great techniques for cutting up a chicken, plus how to make not only paella, but this great hummus dip. And a few other delights. I recommend this class if you want to spend a few hours not walking around but stopping to experience the Spanish market and cuisine. It was truly a CB lot of fun and the folks running it were all very positive and happy- good vibe!
