- P.º de las Delicias, 1 - There is no dish of Spanish cuisine more internationally known than paella. Now you can be part of its cooking and tasting! Learn why we use each of its ingredients, where they come from, as well as the history and evolution of this traditional dish of the Mediterranean cuisine.
Not only will our team introduce and teach you about this iconic dish, we will also prepare you a traditional and special sangria with the freshest ingredients of the area.
All this will happen while you enjoy the stunning views on our rooftop located in one of the most emblematic buildings of the city, the Cristina Building, former Hotel Cristina. From our rooftop you will enjoy views of the Cathedral of Seville, Torre del Oro, Guadalquivir river and Cartuja, among others.

Make sure you have read our meeting point instructions correctly, so we can start our activity right on time.
Please note: This is not a cooking class but a showcooking. This means that this is a chef demonstration where customers do not participate in the cooking (due the recipe’s circumstances and safety).

Our meeting point is, located at Paseo de las Delicias, 1, Sevilla, in between the Restaurant "Uno de Delicias" and the souvenir shop. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Please notice that if you are late we will not be able to let you up. We will not offer refunds if you are late.

Miguel was informative,... - Miguel was informative, friendly, and made a delicious seafood paella. Eating on the rooftop with a glass of sangria made for a lovely evening.

Delicious paella experience - Antonio was very funny in his lesson on making paella and the paella we got to eat was delicious! The view of the city was a lovely way to enjoy the meal and sangria.

Paella with wine and cheese with an outdoor rooftop setting - We were excited to take a Paella cooking class in Seville and our experience exceeded expectations. So much history goes into this famous Spanish dish you'll be just as impressed with the origins of Paella as you will actually eating your delicious masterpiece.
Lovely outdoor roof top dining with wine and cheese included in the price. Met some new friends and shared a memorable evening of gastronomy.

Great Paella Learning Experience! - I had a great time having to experience and learn how to cook paella. The chef was awesome, funny and gave us fun facts about the history of paella. I loved the interaction and keeping us engaged on the cooking from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Amazing night of Paella - The Paella Showcooking was fantastic, Antonio is very knowledgeable and does a great job explaining the origins of paella and how it is best made, all while making it fun! Great experience and I highly recommend it to all Sevilla travelers!

Interactive , Informative and Delicious - We got lucky and it was a really small group of us. Chef Antonio was very engaging. We were given wine/beverage upon arrival along with a plate if cheese, salami & olives. Chef gave us cooking tips and demonstration for the seafood paella. As well as the history. We ate on the roof top terrace along with freshly made sangria. Delightful experience overall. Make sure you provide your email address if you want the recipe.

Very disappointed! - I was really looking forward to this experience so am disappointed to be leaving a negative review.
The tables were set up in two rows. First row had fab views of the cooking area, second was of the back of the peoples heads from the table in front. I politely gave constructive feedback that there was enough space for the tables to be set up differently, maybe split the front tables (who were not together ) so that everyone had equal views, for example, and was asked to leave!!!
I am genuinely shocked as although I was disappointed by the seating plan I hoped that the food would make up for it (going by previous reviews) The man could not believe I had the audacity to question him, said he's never had one complaint in six years and told me that I was not welcome.
