Clara provided a wonderful introduction to Sevilla! - Our tour with Clara was exceptional! She was warm, funny, entertaining, and a great listener. We loved her personal and historical approach to sharing her love of her hometown. Her love of Sevilla's stories and traditions runs deep. We especially loved learning about the elaborate preparations for Semana Santa. Sevilla is lucky to have Clara as a cultural ambassador!

Laura was brilliant - I'd already seen a little of Seville by the time I took this tour with Laura so we were able to bypass some of the usual sights and do some really random things like helping me get a bus card, checking out some subjects she was studying as part of her thesis, and finding the best ways to find my way out of the old city if I got lost. All of that set me up brilliantly for my next 10 days in Seville. I feel like I know the city much better because of this tour with Laura.

Learn about Sevilla with Alba - We booked a Kickstart tour of Sevilla with Alba, what a great experience. Highly recommended! She is not only a fantastic city guide but also very enjoyable and fun person to be around. Alba is very knowledgeable and makes sure you won’t leave Sevilla without the information you need to know about the city and without seeing the must see highlights. Really just book the tour with her!

Excellent walk in Seville - Laura was an excellent guide for our short time in Seville. Communication was easy and Laura is so knowledgeable about Seville and its history. We learned much and have some studying to do when we get home. Thank you Laura for a wonderful walk in Seville.

Best tour guide ever - Alba was the best guide we have had on our 4 week tour of Spain and Portugal. She was very easy to understand and shared lots of hisstory about the places and people as we walked around. The four of us loved Alba!

Nice private walking tour - Our guide Mila was wonderful, meeting us on time with confirmed meeting spot. She had an itinerary prepared that she thought we would enjoy, but we changed our minds and asked about a different tour that would focused more on private art galleries. She was quite accommodating, and we enjoyed our time with her immensely. I would recommend booking this tour.

Canceled Tour - Terrible Customer Service - We booked a City Kickstart Tour with 'host' Stefano, anticipating an informative introduction to Seville that would set the stage for our stay. What we received was a lesson in frustration and disappointment. Stefano never showed. After an hour hanging around our appointed meeting place, we received a curt, impersonal email from the parent company stating that Stefano was unavailable and that they had tried but failed to enlist a substitute host (yeah, sure). While waiting, we tried calling Stefano...no answer. We tried contacting the company...no telephone number or email address on their website. Instead, what I found was a lot of self-congratulation and self-promotion but no means to contact them directly or even write a review. (There are wonderful reviews on their site but they are clearly cherry-picked - I doubt this review will appear on it). This company sorely needs to reassess their business model: as it stands, customer service doesn't rank very high. As for Stefano, it appears that he is alive and well, for you can still book a tour with him. But don't. Do you really want to risk being stood up like us or spending time with someone who doesn't have the decency to call or email you with an apology? I think not.
