Taller Andaluz de Cocina - If you want to learn more about the Spanish cuisine but don’t have much time in Seville, here is our 2.5 hour hands-on Spanish cooking class consisting in 2 course menu.
Classes are taught in English by professionally trained chefs with extensive experience in the gastronomic world. The ingredients used are fresh and seasonal.
During the class, guests have the chance to get involved in the preparation of the dishes, as classes are designed for both novice and experienced cooks that will be able to learn and develop new techniques and skills.
All of our recipes can be adapted to any dietary restriction. Please advise in advance if a change in the menu is required.
Once back home, you will be able to practice what you have learnt. We will give you written recipes and lots of tips!

Best Cooking Class Experience Ever! - The class was great! Lot’s of fun was had while learning this traditional dish. Cannot wait to make it at home. The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly.

Fun, engaging and authentic! This was a highlight of our vacation - We had an amazing experience as we learned to make authentic gazpacho, tapa and paella. It was so engaging for my kids (ages 17 and 19), my husband and myself (I am a trained professional cook with 20 years of experience). Truly one of the high points of our visit to Seville! The food was absolutely delicious, heightened with sangria and the opportunity to meet some other travelers. Highly recommend this experience!!

Creating Paella and memories - I've always enjoyed cooking ,baking and trying to master different cuisines .Laura, our instructor chef, showed us new techniques and gave us insight to the origins of paella. It was a complete meal consisting of gazpacho, a spinach garbanzo side dish, sangria and a refreshing lemon ice cream, mint and Cava dessert!
It was a very fun evening meeting people from around the globe and sharing our mouth watering Spanish creations!

Amazing Food and Fun - Fabulous experience not to mention the amazing food and tour of the market. We did the private tour with Leo and I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a great experience, fun time and delicious food. Can’t wait to get the recipes and try them on my friends and family in the US.
If you like food and fun this should be on your must do list.!

Paella Magic - What an amazing experience I highly recommend doing this cooking course especially if you want to learn how to cook proper and crunchy Paella both our hosts were amazing and the experience was 10/10

Nice cooking experience - My husband hates cooking, but surprisingly agreed to join when I mentioned he can just watch and drink sangria. Little by little he got involved in to preparation and seems like enjoyed the rest of the class. We both had fun!

Highly Recommended Cooking Class! - We are four Americans, close friends, and the wives among us have cooked and taken cooking classes together for many years. We all were deeply impressed by our session with Taller Andaluz de Cocina! Our chef, Dominic, had excellent English, and excellent teaching skills. We all received useful knife instructions. Discussion of ingredient qualities was useful, and even though two of us have Paella experience through a friend from Valencia, Dominic took us much further, particularly concerning sequence and temperature control tips, especially with seasonings. We also made a fabulous salmorejo soup and spinach-and-beans side dish. Ample provision of sangria, wine and non-alcoholic beverages also didn't hurt! Highly recommended.
