Andalucian equestrian adventure! - What fun it was to get to explore some of the beautiful Andalucian countryside on an Arab/Andalucian Cross. Having once gone to Iceland to ride an Icelandic horse, this opportunity was too good to pass up!

Wonderful horse ride - We did a guided horse ride with Patricia from Naturanda which was very nice! Patricia took us for two hours through the Doñana which is a beautiful environment. Patricia told us al lot about the animals and plants. My boyfriend even saw a lynx. We had the perfect day for the horse ride with a very friendly guide.

Peaceful horse ride through National park Donana - Peaceful horse ride with Centro Visitantes Dehesa BOYAL in parque national Donana Spain. Home to Pinus pinea, Iberian Lynx, Imperial eagle- we may have seen one of these, but lynx were definitely sleeping. For sure saw wild pink flamingos !

A fantastic experience - I have never ridden a horse, so a bit nervous, but the instructor Philip was helpful and friendly enough and the horses were quite happy to have us ride with them! A fantastic experience that I will not forget.

Very nice experience - Very nice horseback riding for our 2 children in Dehesa Boyal. Javier made us feel very welcome at the equestrian center, he is very friendly and between our little Spanish and his few notions of English we got by 😉 Short lesson at the beginning to explain the basics then a 1h30 ride in the beautiful frame of the Donana. I regretted the lack of help from Naturandq in the weeks before our arrival to find a means of transport from Seville without a car. In the end, we took the M-169 bus. On the other hand, Naturandq was very efficient the day before our excursion and put us in direct contact with Javier to collect us from the bus stop in Villamanrique. So thank you for that! In any case, a very nice experience that we highly recommend!

Memorable experience however different to description - I gifted my partner this for our anniversary. The communication with our guide and the transfer from Seville went without problems (there was a bit of a delay due to traffic but that wasn’t a big deal to us). The description said we would learn about the Andalusian horse breed as well as go for a ride and that all in all it would take around two hours (plus one hour one way for the transfer). We were disappointed that it actually only took about an hour. We arrived and were immediately put onto two horses not getting any verbal introduction or even a name of the horses and the chance to maybe pet them and connect with them first. The ride itself then was beautiful and peaceful through stunning nature. We were just a bit overwhelmed since our prior horseback riding experience was very limited and we would have really liked to learn more about the history and cultural importance of these horses. All in all it definitely was a memorable experience but I would have expected a bit more input wise and time wise due to the description given beforehand. Our guide was wonderful though and gave us many tips for Seville and Spain, which we enjoyed very much.

Not the experience we had hoped - My partners horse was very old and appeared quite arthritic. The horse was reluctant to go on the trail and had to be cajoled by one of the guides the whole way. My horse was fine but we both felt that his horse should have been retired.

Appalling experience on Naturanda tours - Don’t avail of this service via Naturanda! We went on this horse-riding trip and cycling tour and we are not happy about them. There was massive confusion about what time and where we should be picked up. It was the same for our bike tour. The bikes we were given were really bad. The guide was very good and knowledgeable though. It was a good, but expensive, way to see the city. We thought the guide himself was great. The French people on our horse tour, through no fault of their own (apparently also a mix up caused by Naturanda), were an hour late so we had to wait for them. The horse ride was supposed to be 2 hours. It was only 65 minutes! The guide was on foot as apparently he hadn’t received the correct amount of guests so he had to just make the best of a bad situation. On a horse trek, the guide must always be on a horse. We could not trot or canter. We’ve ridden all over the world (including Spain) sometimes there are beginners on treks. That’s usually not a problem as the guide stays with the beginners while the experienced riders can do some trotting or cantering. I paid 146 euro so that we could walk on a dirt track for an hour. We’re not complaining about the equine establishment itself but about Naturanda. I saw on the internet of the horseriding establishment that this tour costs 59 euros for two! We paid 146 to Naturanda. This is extortionate and we did not receive what I paid for at all. I was told that it would be 2 hours and experienced riders would be catered for, and the communication/organisation concerning this and the cycle tour was appalling. Again we’ve no complaint about the guides themselves on the horseriding or cycle tours. I’ve complained to Naturanda but have received no response, I’ve now escalated it and sent it to the authorities. I hope other tourists don’t get ripped off with this.
